I purchased this Taurus M44 this Winter, & I absolutely love it! Taurus gets a bad wrap a lot, but this is a great revolver. The finish looks great, the fit feels good in the hand, & the recoil is hardly there thanks to the barrel porting. My friend has an Anaconda, & it kicks like a mule, but this has barely any kick at all. Actually, my .40 has more felt recoil than this. I would highly recommend this revolver.
