Extremely happy with the Tracker. DA trigger isn't overly drawn-out and is smooth. SA trigger is short and crisp. Sights needed a little elevation adjustment at my first trip to the range, but once dialed in I was on target all day.

Porting does seem to help with muzzle flip and recoil. I shot bot .38 spl and .357 at my first range trip, .38 was smooth as butter and .357 had nice stout recoil ... nothing crazy, manageable.

I had ordered a set of Hogue grips because I wasn't sure about the Taurus "ribber" grips. But after the trip to the range I'm sticking with the ribber grips. More grippy and a little softer on the backstrap, soaked up recoil better.
