I truly believe the Nikon Buckmasters II scopes are the best optics available for the budget conscious sportsmen. My 4X12X40mm scope has very clear optics and was a breeze to sight in. I bore sighted before going to the range and within four rds.and a few crosshair adjustments I was dead on at 100 yds. There is a reason Nikon makes one of the worlds most respected cameras and this respect comes down to two words-outstanding quality. This quality is prevalent in their scopes as well. The scope mounted easy, sighted in effortlessly, has crystal clear optics, and Bud's price was literally the lowest I found anywhere. Thanks
