How many does it come with?

Comes with one 13 RD Magazine, but it will take CZ P-01 magazines as it is a CZ clone.

This comes with a single 13 round magazine.

Does the safety also serve as a de-cocker?

Jason, no this is the F model. From everything I read and watching a couple videos no, this is only a safety, not a decocker. Hope this helps.

I know these get imported under many names, is this the same as the Witness Compact Steel? Also is the finish stainless or black?
