I went to use the cleaner when I open the bottle of cleaner it was half full. The cleaner snake gets jam in the gun barrel.

When I got the product, the snake was missing. I chatted with the Buds agent online. He emailed me a return label on the spot which I used to return the product. I got the right product shipped to me via FedEx. This was an outstanding service. I cannot say enough good things about Buds' customer service and the quality of the customer service agents.
