I used to pocket carry a S&W 442 in the summer but decided I needed more than 5 rounds in today's world. I looked at the Ruger LCP Max, evaluated features and read reviews. Then I looked at the SCCY CPX-3, evaluated its features and read reviews. All things considered, they are designed similarly and compare to each other very favorably. Two things nudged me over to the CPX-3. First, it was $125.00 less than the Ruger LCP Max and secondly, SCCY has a lifetime warranty that stays with the pistol. So far I've fired 400 rounds through it and it's been flawless.

This is my third SCCY, first in .380. Great bang for the buck!
Only issue in the past was mag issue which were quickly replaced at "no charge".
Nice firearm, and the quality is good enough to consider an everyday carry option, though I put Glock, Sig and Kimber ahead.
Always a simple deal purchasing firearms from Buds. Great purchasing and payment options, with convenient layaway if needed. No hassles, no hang-ups.
I would recommend SCCY and Buds to all!

Nice gun for the money!Fits in my jean hip pocket better than my glock 43.Mags are tight but break in fast.Takes p loads,and its just a really nice size. my LCP is just to small and feels snappy and has crappy sights.The cpx3 has nice three dot sights,fits in my hand nice,and is easy to hide.I like the DOA trigger.I would buy again.Buds was great also.

Recently received my Sccy CPX-3 from Buds. However, I have yet to take to the range as it is very difficult to load all three magazines. I don’t want to waste money on range time spending most of the time trying to reload the magazines. Been in contact with Sccy, no response yet. Purchased a RAE model 722 loader, useless. May order a Uplula next.
