This is a great rifle!! With vortex scope and Hornaday ammo shoots 1 inch all day at 100 yards. Got this nice boar with a greenlight at 50 yards. Dropped him right there. Recoil is not bad...buy one!!

If I could sum up this rifle in one word it would be FUN. I have a soft spot in my heart for bolt action rifles with Iron sights. I also have a soft spot in my heart for big bore rifles and handguns. This rifle is compact, light, accurate, smooth and puts some serious hurt down range. Sight adjustment was easy, dead on after a slight adjustment on windage. Off hand I was smacking the center of a 12 inch steel target at 30 yards. Recoil is very manageable and the recoil pad on this firearm helps a lot. Price point is phenomenal for what this rifle is. This is a deal in my opinion for under 500. Action was sticky at first but after working the bolt a few dozen times there was no hang ups and smoothed out fast. Fed from the magazine without issue. Trigger was perfect right out of the box. It can be adjusted to be lighter but it was just right for my needs out of the box. If you live in a straight wall cartridge hunting state like I am I highly recommend this rifle for hunting. Whatever it hits, it will put down. I would also recommend this rifle for anyone who just wants a short, handy, iron sight power house of a rifle to destroy targets. What it does to water jugs is astonishing. It is expensive to feed but it is worth it.
