Great product! Definitely tamed the beast. An 870 with 3", 1&3/4 oz. turkey loads is a painful beast to shoot. I wanted my granddaughter to fling some serious lead at a turkey and we already had the 870. The difference in recoil is more than worth the money and Buds has the best price I've seen. If I had a complaint it would be the way the butt stock narrows right at the butt instead of keeping it wide so as to better distribute the recoil and the dimples on the very end. I assume the tactical guys would like the dimples to help keep the stock in place on their shoulder like cleats and I wouldn't change it for myself but I'm going to put a piece of faux wool on the end of the butt for my granddaughter's hunt tomorrow. Were we not hunting in tee shirt weather I wouldn't bother with the faux wool, the recoil is reduced that much! I don't know how to better describe it, this product turns the massive painful recoil of 3" turkey loads into shirt compatible ;-)
