Offered in stainless steel or blue finish, the Runnin' Iron features a low and wide hammer spur, a wide trigger, second-generation transverse cylinder pin latch, crescent-style ejector rod, reduced-power spring kit, and extra clearance at the front and rear of the cylinder. These features make the Runnin' Iron the lightest and most efficient mounted shooting gun on the market. These Runnin' Iron models have one-piece, gunfighter-style grips in checkered walnut. The Runnin' Iron comes ready to shoot, out of the box, with no additional modifications needed.

Love this gun! Natural feel in the hand. Fit and finish is awesome. Very mechanically smooth. Great shooter. I carry it whenever I'm at the lease in a custom belt and holster I made. Thanks Buds!

The Quality of this gun is amazing - for any amount of money -- fit and finish much much better then expected -- the action very smooth and timed better then my Rugers Shoots to point absolutely perfect. Checkering on Grips is crisp and grips fit perfectly - finish is also dead on with a nice blend of gloss bluing and case hardened. I especially like the low wide hammer and sights - very fast for target acquisition -- Shipping was fast and no issues at all -- Will buy again - Thank you Buds for a great gun at a great price

This is a very, very nice handgun! Although it is a reproduction of a old west revolver, the quality and workmanship I'm sure is 100% improved from when the first one was manufactured in the 1800's. The weight and balance of this revolver seems perfect to me. The beauty of the checkered woods grips and blueing of the frame is gorgeous! My hat's off to Taylors& Co. and Uberti for producing these replicas of the guns used in the old west. If you couldn't be there I reckon this is the next best thing. Now, as for as the functioning of the pistol I have shot around 75 rounds through it and have not encountered ANY problems at all. The action is crisp, clean, fast and results are accurate. I love the lower and wider hammer. I can see why this is an awesome pistol for cowboy action shooting. If your into the "old west era", you need to checkout this line of pistols. Thanks also to Bud's for offering these pistols. You guy's do an awesome job. This wasn't my first purchase and won't be my last.

FYI - Only the DELUXE model has the reduced power spring kit and tuning...
