Absolutely AWESOME little gun. Using in my RV for when my family goes camping. Keep a .22 silencer on it and a fifty round box of Hornady 20 grain pills beside it u see my RV mattress. Using a small fixed 4x power scope she’s perfect for the camping duties.

After purchasing the 22lr and 22mag version it only seemed right to get the 17hmr. These are great for a single shot. Fairly accurate and totally reliable and nice that thet fold up small. I would buy again in a heartbeat! Only real downfall is the plastic sights..

This is a great little gun! Fun to shot and keeps the grandkids from running through boxes of ammo quickly.

Love this rifle. I think it gives you the very best bang for your buck. Out of the box I was hitting my targets with my average grouping. It is very easy to personalize.

Fun little shooter. The plastic sights were a little crooked but I purchased this gun for fun and a talking point so no harm no foul. It isn't made for precision but is fun to shoot at small targets around the yard.

Hot Little Survival rifle: Very accurate and Fits in my day pack. I put a red dot sight on it and it shoots great!

First impressions of it when i picked it up were great. Both me and the guys in the shop were playing around with it because it was actually smaller than we had imagined(the widest part on the stock is just about 1.5" shorter than the width of my iPhone 7 ) so that was funny. When it comes to the features, the sights, rails and thread protector are plastic, probably delrin, which isn't bad, i ended up putting a 1/2x28 .750" barrel nut on it (that's the length you want if you plan on using a crush nut on suppressor or break). One really nice surprise was that the sights are M1 style aperture sights that are fully adjustable for windage and elevation up with 100, 200, 250 and 300 yard settings The weight is 2.5 lbs without anything on it, I've since wrapped the stock/barrel, and made a sling all with paracord, and after 180' of paracord put on it, its still only 3lbs. The trigger is what i am most happy with, because it is single action only, it pulls at best guess 2lbs. I even checked against my 4 lb trigger in my AR. Overall it works great, and I have been very happy with it so far. A great little camp gun . Enjoy taking it out and just plinking with it . Don't have to worry about getting it wet or dirty. Very simple gun easy to maintain and clean. I also like the trigger they have put on it . I look forward to enjoying it for years to come .

Absolutely love the chiappa little badger. Bought it thanks to Hickok 45's review. Quickly became my truck gun and my go to small game rifle.

A better purchase would be the Rossi-Jr.: - Poor general craftsmanship. - Plastic mounting rails, easily deformed. - Unlike the Rossi, the extractor does not eject. - Wire Stock length adjustment simply damages action integrity. - Plastic cartridge holder is sharp and dangerous. - Un-natural grip & stock to sight alignment, worse with scope. - Any std. Riflescope interferes with cocking hammer. - Best group from rest is 2” at 100 yards no matter what ammo.

This is a GREAT little gun. Very lightweight, and can be easily carried around with the case provided by the manufacturer. I took it to the range, and put a bi-pod on it. Within 10 shots, I had the rifle sighted in at 25 yards (no scope...just adjusting the back sight). I had groups of about 1.5". Very impressed by this gun, and I would strongly recommend it for plinking, small game hunting, or varmint control. As always, Bud's did a great job with getting it to my FFL in a timely manner.

Just picked up my 17 HMR lil badger Tuesday ( I ordered it on 11-6-2015 and it was at my FFL on 11-9-2015) from my FFL and gave if an inspection and headed out to the range The first thing I did was take off the plastic peep sight and fore sight and mount a big ol scope on it, zeroed it in and dayum, is this weapon a hoot to shoot. It had a bit of a problem at first with misfires but after a while it stopped. This thing is deadly fast and accurate. Buds is UNBELIEVABLY fast at geting their product out, almost as fast as this gun. Thanks Bud's you guys ROCK.....Rock On, Gary Janisse another satisfied customer.

Well, this 17 caliber blaster is just silly fun to shoot. Nearly zero recoil, nice trigger and light weight. I put a 3 to 9 rimfire scope on mine and it's a varmint's worst nightmare. Fun per dollar is outta sight!

This was everything I expected it to be. Buds is awesome and will definitely purchase from them again.

Ordered this on Friday after noon, arrived before noon on Monday. If this is the "free" shipping, I wonder what the express shipping is like?! This is a neat little piece that I intend to take whenever I go camping or backpacking.
