I had high hopes for this V3 but unfortunately I ended up with a lemon compounded by the fact that this gun is not warranted by RemArms. The short of it is that my gun’s barrel was manufactured incorrectly and shot extremely high to the point where no one could hit anything with it. It appears that the choke tube cut out at the muzzle was not drilled in line with the bore. I called RemArms and they said unless the serial number starts with RA they wouldn’t fix it. Now mind you this is a brand new gun bought off Buds. Fortunately I bought the buds lifetime warranty so I’m sure buds will make it right but be aware these guns might not be warranted by the manufacturer unless the serial starts with RA.

The Remington V3 that I purchased has been out standing. Light weight, comes up nice and shoots good. Like any gun it needs to be cleaned good. Would recommend this for everyone

This thing will eat any ammo you feed it flawlessly. Love the white bead! Bolt reassembly can be tricky but read and you’re fine. Awesome shotgun from the new Remington!!

Had my gunsmith build up the sights to match those from my old 870.. cycles fine, but haven't hit a ton with it. A year from now it'll either shoot well or I'll have sold it.

IT SHOOTS STRAIGHT!!!! I put a JEBS choke in an shot a #5 at 40 yards first shot and was amazed. No more red dots “Yeah”. 400 rounds at clays without cleaning and my son took a nice Osceola on youth weekend with no malfunction. Recoil seems lighter with 3” turkey loads. I believe I’m giving this one to my son and getting me another with wood grain stocks.

I’ve only had this for 2 weeks. However I’ve put 300 rounds through it. Wiped the factory grease off, little dry line, and I’ve Shooting 1-1/8oz loads through it straight out the box. Walmart Winchester, Remington clay and field, federal load and fiocchi, 3 dove hunts and 2 boxes of clays, not a single hiccup.

Item shipped quickly after payment processing and arrived in great shape. Shotgun came with full, modified, and improved cylinder choke tubes. Some Q&A on buds stated only the modified came with the gun but I received all 3. Buying from Buds saved me over $100. Very happy with my purchase.

Great shotgun, easy to clean. Controls are sensible. Has not had a single malfunction in over 300 rounds (so far). I like the black synthetic because it will look the same in 10 years as it does today. I need to practice more but that is not the fault of the gun. I'm very happy with this gun and Bud's was great, as always, to purchase from.

My son has enjoyed shooting this gun for trap. It feels like its not even a 20 gauge when your shooting it.

So far I am very pleased with the fit and function of my V3. After an Initial pre firing cleaning it functioned great with federal 2 3/4 “el cheapo” target loads with no break in. So far I have nothing bad to say. If your looking for a workhorse don’t count the v3 out. If you’re looking for a show horse this probably won’t suit you.

Great lightweight shotgun for starters! Recoil felt lighter than my friend's Super Black Eagle II. Took it clay shooting and shot about 200 rounds with no failure to fires! I would recommend it to anyone who wants a nice starter gun under $1000!

I was surprised at how light this gun was when it was assembled. Its lighter than some pumps that I have shot. I assembled it removed all the packing lube and took it outside and fired three 2-3/4 dove loads to see how it cycled. The gun functioned flawless. Another great thing about this shotgun is the ease of removing the plug. Push in and twist. Gun also came with three chokes: M, IC, and F. My initial impressions of the gun are great. Buds is great too, extremely fast shipping and best prices around.

I was looking for a new semi-auto shotgun for a while. I have always loved Remington shotgun and I think they make the best in the world for hunting. My brother got a Versa Max, but I don't want 3.5 inch shells (I think they are pointless). And my dad has an 1187 (shoots wonderful but is a pain to clean). Then I found the V3 and it was perfect for what I was looking for. Super glad I bought this gun! Shoots wonderfully! Very low recoil due to the double gas spring system and the stock butt on it! Recommend this gun to anyone looking for a semi-auto shotgun!

Have shot several 12 gauge auto loaders and own a Remington 1187. Did not actually need a new shotgun, but with the GREAT Bud's Gun Shop price and the Remington $100 rebate, I NEEDED a new auto loader!! Cleaned, lube, and went to the range after receiving V3. Points well, easy to handle, believe to have slightly less recoil than other semi autos that I have shot, and is very accurate. With my wife loading doubles and triples, was a very pleasurable evening to knock some clay pigeons out of the air. 24/25 from the first box (singles and doubles). 24/25 from the second box (doubles and 2x triples). 23/25 with last box - somebody was too excited on the third set of triples!!!
