The Ruger PC Carbine Dead blow action features a custom tungsten dead blow weight that shortens bolt travel and reduces felt recoil and muzzle rise. The bolt is machined from heat treated, chrome-moly steel to ensure strength, structural integrity and durability. Takedown is as simple as locking the bolt back, verifying that the rifle is unloaded, pushing a recessed lever, twisting the subassemblies and pulling them apart.

I wanted a PCC for shooting Steel Challenge. I did a lot of research and asked for recommendations from other shooters. Online reviews were helpful, but rarely mentioned any negatives except the most trifling. Recommendations varied widely and were obviously based on personal opinions. So I decided to stick with a manufacturer that had a good reputation and with whom I had done prior business. I've only shot the firearm a few times so far, but I am very satisfied with it. I ran a few magazines through it for a function test, a few more to adjust the sights and shot it in one steel competition. I like the feel and have had no trouble picking up my targets. It is optic ready, but I am stubbornly sticking with iron sights, The rear peep sight works well for me. So far I've had exactly one stovepipe and that could have been the ammo or the magazine. Field stripping and reassembly are fairly straight forward and as always, Ruger has excellent videos online to help.

This Ruger is very accurate at 25-50 yards. Very fast gun, love the trigger. What can you say, it uses 9mm ammo that is easy to get. RN 200 rounds of 115g FMJ ammo through it with no issues. Going to put a red dot and flashlight on it next. Very easy to shoot with minimum recoil that anyone can handle.

I thought it would go pew pew but nope it go’s bang bang .I love the iron sights on it . Maybe a little heavy but that’s ok. Dead on at 25 yards . Yes it will take Glock 34 magazines . I shoot steel challenge and really like the fact that I only have to carry one type of magazine.

Hi Sam, no sir, due to the threaded barrel. The CT compliant model with non-threaded barrel is here https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/56185/ruger+pc+carbine+9mm+10+1+fluted+16+barrel ,

No, because of the threaded barrel. Model 19101 is the same except with a non-threaded barrel and would be compliant though. Found here (when in stock): https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/56185/ruger+pc+carbine+9mm+10%2b1+fluted+16+barrel

Yes sir this model 19102 is a take down model
Copy and paste from. Rugers info page on this model
"Easy takedown enables quick separation of the barrel/forend assembly from the action for ease of transportation and storage. Takedown is as simple as locking the bolt back and verifying that the rifle is unloaded, pushing a recessed lever, twisting the subassemblies and pulling them apart."

Rodrigo, This PCC appears to be CA compliant. Good to go in CA. It's not on BUDs CA compliant list but without a muzzle device, pistol grip, or adjustable stock appears to be CA compliant.

I can't find anyone confirming anything. The best I see is the trs-25, but a lot of the people are saying it isn't perfect. Some people recommended the fast fire or venom, so those might be options to look into. I hope this helps, even though I wasn't able to 100% answer the question.

Ronnie, yes Sir it does. The heavy contour barrel provides consistent accuracy, while barrel fluting sheds unnecessary weight and allows for quick handling. 1/2"-28 threaded barrel with included thread protector allows for use of standard muzzle accessories.

Yes it does. See this link from Ruger for the model 19102.

Note, this one comes with a 10 round Ruger mag. But you can still use 17 round Glock mags.
