  Yes sir this model 19102 is a take down model
  Copy and paste from. Rugers info page on this model
  "Easy takedown enables quick separation of the barrel/forend assembly from the action for ease of transportation and storage. Takedown is as simple as locking the bolt back and verifying that the rifle is unloaded, pushing a recessed lever, twisting the subassemblies and pulling them apart."

  Rodrigo, This PCC appears to be CA compliant. Good to go in CA. It's not on BUDs CA compliant list but without a muzzle device, pistol grip, or adjustable stock appears to be CA compliant.
• Q: Does anybody know of, or use a Red Dot scope that will co-witness with this rifle?

  I can't find anyone confirming anything. The best I see is the trs-25, but a lot of the people are saying it isn't perfect. Some people recommended the fast fire or venom, so those might be options to look into. I hope this helps, even though I wasn't able to 100% answer the question.

  Ronnie, yes Sir it does. The heavy contour barrel provides consistent accuracy, while barrel fluting sheds unnecessary weight and allows for quick handling. 1/2"-28 threaded barrel with included thread protector allows for use of standard muzzle accessories.

  Note, this one comes with a 10 round Ruger mag. But you can still use 17 round Glock mags.
