I really wanted to like this gun. It was my first .40 cal and I was excited to get it in my hands at the range. However, I was sorely disappointed. The trigger catches in different places and sometimes doesn't catch at all. I made sure the magazine was inserted correctly and also figured it just needed cleaning. After taking it home and cleaning the gun I took it back to the range a few days later and still experienced the same problems with the trigger. I opened up a ticket with Taurus a few days ago and still havent heard back. I will follow up again today and see if they're willing to troubleshoot this issue. At this point I cannot recommend this firearm.
