The Savage 110 Tactical Desert in 6.5CM is a performer for the price. In my case, even paying a $50 premium for a left-hand version proved worth the money. Paired with a good optic, I have been able to produce consistent 1-moa precision out to 1000 yards, with some groups touching 1/2 moa at 600 yards with FACTORY MATCH AMMO. My only fault with the rifle after 340 rounds, is with the extractor. My extractor will pull the fired case from the chamber every time, but 50% of the time it will drop the case on top of the loaded rounds in the magazine instead of throwing them clear of the rifle. It is a known issue with the model 110, and a $20 aftermarket extractor kit solved the issue. That being said, for the price, this rifle is a 4-star in my book.

First off buds gun shop is my top choice for purchasing guns and accessories. Now on to the savage 110 tactical bolt action with any trigger (in left hand). I am so happy with the quality and accuracy of the gun. I added a 30 tube 4-18 scope and am able to hit out to 500yards. Looking forward to get out to 1000 yards on my next range day. I will say the belly of the stock has two fasteners for a sling or bypod. I decided to attach a piece of picatinny rail to allow for a easy release bipod and other attachments. All in all buy one if you are thinking about it.

My FFL holder received the firearm in 5 days after I made the purchase. Not bad. The firearm itself was as ordered and it shoots under 1 MOA so far. I have only put 40 rounds through it and expect it will get even better. The weapon uses a commonly available magazine and I found them for under $40 each. Workmanship for appearance is good. I put a suppressor on it and it fired flawlessly with or without. I'm thinking that this was a great purchase all the way around.
