This former Model (with bayonet lug) was first registered and then banned by CA in 1980's. Now that under barrel lug has been removed, they still hate large shell capacity & heat shield = depends on jurisdiction where you plan to use it.

This is just the regular 590. Only real difference is 1. Metal trigger group 2. Metal safety 3. Metal trigger guard 4. Thicker walled barrel 5. Bayonet lug and not seeing any of that in the description. Hope this helps.
