Great deal, out of the box I inspected it then without adding any oil shot 250 rounds of brass case and steel case, & a few +p hollowpoints at the range and so far its ran like a champ. Cleaned and lubricated it and shot in total about 600 rounds and never malfunctioned. Good deal, great buy. Manual safety and decocker. For those who want to conceal carry, its a great and affordable choice. Id recommend changing the recoil spring/guide rod maybe every 1000 rounds if you are plinking alot.

I love it. It's much like the 9mm tat other companies offer but the safety and decocker and hammer make it much safer and a better weapon overall.

Very functional combat firearm, ambi safeties, hi capacity with a tad of mag work, hammer, great grip and good for large hands which I have. Great price and I wanted a second TH9 full size for my barn. I looked into it and intentionally ordered the TH9 full size gun with 3 - 10 rd mags even though I live in a Red State and can legally own the full capacity 17 rd mag. When you remove the mag base plate out of these 10 rd limited magazines, you will slide out a very nice, strong, 17rd mag spring. The dimples don't catch the follower, just the rounds themselves when loaded. Yes, this 10 rd limited mag DOES have a full size 17 rd mag spring inside. :) Forget the guys talking about using a Dremel and grind this very very hard mag steel forever to remove the offset dimples inside the mag. Just DRILL EM OUT. Be aware, if you do not have expensive high carbon steel 5 or 10% cobalt set of drill bits, you are NOT completing this task and your drill press with excessive pressure and cheap drill bits would damage the mag and compress it to where it won't work at all. Cheap bits WILL NOT penetrate this hardened steel. Forget it. Taurus makes excellent mags and the steel is *super hard. I used a drill press with a drill press vise, AND in addition used the rubber coated vice inserts to gently hold yet not scratch the magazine. The dimples are OFFSET to lock a LOADED mag down at 10 rds, so do not drill straight through and think you are hitting both. Start with small bits and work up using EVERY SIZE you have, to 3/8 in for the final bit, and finishing with getting your special Dremel inside there simply to remove the burrs around the hole left by the drilling. Then treat that exposed steel with CLP or Bullfrog for 24 hours to prevent rust there using a sloppy q tip.. I can't imagine using a Dremel long enough to remove this much SUPER HARD magazine steel. Wow. This was a major challenge for my 5% Cobalt drill bits. Worth it to get this great price for the same pistol that only comes with TWO 17 rd mags, but get THREE magazines, AND save cash on the purchase of the gun itself. Win-Win IF you are willing to be careful enough to do the above process like a pro, and carefully. If you do - you will have 3 - 17 rd mags along with your reduced price excellent combat TH9. Use a Danco #33 rubber O ring from Menards plumbing dept to slide down the mag to the base plate, to improve the mag fitment into the gun and eliminate all mag wobble and noise. 79 cents. Danco #33 rubber O ring. Can find online too, cheap.
