Chris, no this gun is not on the CA DOJ roster of approved handguns.

No for a pistol to be legal in CA, it must be tested, certified and listed on the CA approved handgun roster, this one is not. Not sure what's gonna happen in CA on January 1st 2022 as that's the expiration date for all the guns currently on the roster, and then the new micro stamping firing pins feature will be required on all pistols. The problem is that no firearm manufacturers currently produce any pistols with this feature, buying a pistol in ca is already difficult but in 5 months its going to be near impossible.

Jonathan, Rearsenaled typically means the firearm was refurbished in a military arsenal. During the process they might refinish the firearm, as well as change out any worn out or broken parts. So refinishing can be part of the rearsenaling process. Refinishing is also done by non-military entities like importers or wholesalers or firearms owners. I would ask Buds Customer Service if their Inventory Dept. knows exactly who refinished these at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

David, no, the Zastava M70 series are modern versions of the Tok. The M57 is C&R, but as J&G shows, the M70 must ship to an actual FFL Dealer.

It's says only comes with one mag. Does the m70 usually have two??

Some of these do come with 2 magazines and a holster and a smaller rear sight. This one only comes with one magazine. Check bguns replace b with a r I seen some on there website just yesterday

cold war production. rough on the nonmoving parts. rear sight like a barn door. hard time finding the standard size replacement for it. should last a lifetime. no plastic outside the grips

Cool little gun but have to say for what I paid I think is a bit much only because the magazine only comes out of you hit the release and you pull it out the mag is a bit tough to get in the trigger sticks the mag release gets stuck and to top it off the rear sight was busted off now need to find a new one, I figured a refurbished gun would be a bit better, if you buy one be sure to check it out first I didn’t have time to do that sucks cause I’m sure buds will just say sorry and that’s it, and don’t get me wrong I like buds I’ve ordered a ton from them they are good to deal with

Great gun. Came covered in cosmoline. After cleaning it up and changing out the rear sights, this pistol is accurate and fun to shoot.

I can’t say no to a cheap surplus gun. I just wish I could find a few extra mags at reasonable price. It would have been nice if they though in the original sights. The ones that they put on to import it are useless.

This pistol is like new. The slide is stiff. The trigger is stiff. The rear sight seems to be way too tall, but I'll take it to the range and see how it works. I might have to find an original type fixed rear sight.
