Why is this pistol a better choice over a sig p320 x full?

Personally, I'd go to a range that rents out guns. See if they have these and choose for yourself.

Robert, as far ad function, reliability and accuracy, it is on par with the P320. Cross brand extreme gaps in quality and performance have been significantly closed so let no one that does not own both give you a comparison. I have own both for years and it is six of one and half a dozen of the other. Get the one that feels best to you as you will likely shoot the more comfortable pistol better. Kinda reminds me of the old Chevy/Honda debate. Cheers and stay safe!

Are the 3 dot sights on this version adjustable for wind age and elevation?

Michael, unfortunately I just checked and can't find any M&P with fully adjustable sights. They're more for concealed carry/defense so they normally have standard 3 dot sights or night sights. Can't find any with adjustable target style sights. So if you're set on a M&P you would have to replace the sights. Sorry again but hope this helps.

Michael, this one is only adjustable for windage and you would need a sight pusher or a hammer/punch set. You can easily replace these with fully adjustable sights though. Sorry but hope this helps.

Not with a screw adjustment system like dedicated adjustable sights. You could adjust for windage by drifting the rear sight in its dovetail, but no adjustment for elevation.

How many included magazines come with this gun at this price?

It comes with 2-17rd magazines, i have the non optics ready version of this pistol and the PC tuned trigger in my opinion makes it well worth it, its a very smooth shooting gun. ---------------- I've priced getting my slide cut for an optic and its going to run me $200 and thats without the suppresor height sights, I paid $560 for mine in March of 2020 so this really isn't a bad deal for this gun. It also comes with a cleaning kit that's pretty nice. Smooth shooter! Very accurate. Zero failures. I use this for IDPA matches. I can’t say enough good things about SW MP CORE line. I use multiple CORE pistols for competitions. I highly recommend.

I've been wanting the Performance model for some time but once the M2.0 CORE Pro Series was released I could wait no longer. I almost waited to long and the COVID19 scare caused inventory to disappear. Fortunately good ole Buds had them and in spite of safety measures and such I had the pistol in hand in 10 days.
Awesome pistol, everything I had hoped for. Popped the Holosun HS507C red dot on and as anticipated this is one SWEET shooting gun. M&P's just fit my hand naturally and POA translates into POI. Soft shooting even with the heavier loads and red dot comes immediately back on target making me look like a better shooter than I probably am.
I bought the pistol mainly for concealed carry and competition. The longer grip makes concealment a bit more work but the right holster and cover garment take care of that.
So far after 500 plus rounds no failures of any kind but that what I expect with the M&P. If you're in the market for a new carry or competition pistol I highly recommend the Smith & Wesson - PC M&P9 M2.0 CORE Pro Series

I have to say this is one of the BEST M&Ps I have ever owned. Its accurate, reliable and made very well. I would recommend this gun to anyone. It has a 4.5lb trigger but it feels like its 3lbs, it comes with mounting plates for optics and a cleaning kit. You cant beat that for the price.
