The TC Impact is a great muzzleloader that performs superbly. This is the second Impact in use by our family, and both have accounted for numerous deer utilizing a variety of powder and bullet combos, all of which they shoot very well. We love how the spacer can be removed from the stock butt, and it fits my younger hunters very well. About the only downside to this older version is the fact that it does not have a thumb-removable breech plug. I understand the new ones do, and that would be a most welcome addition.
