Bud's was great firearm arrived as expected. Kimber quality is good. I have changed the grip panels to ones with a glossier finish.

Thank you for opportunity to write this review. I must admit that I was very sceptical about purchasing this firearm. My wife and I were in a outdoor store when she first noticed the Kimber Micro and honestly the color and design work is what caught her eye. We were looking for a new personal defense firearm for her to carry. I was against this choice because it was a .380 caliber and because of the shiny amethyst color. I couldn't convince her to make another Choice that's what she wanted so that's what she got. Buds price was a little under $200 less then the big store. Once we received it and she was able to shoot it for the first time she did remarkably well on paper I was very impressed. I decided to put a couple rounds through it and to my own surprise it was very accurate and very easy to shoot also it was very easy to clean which I thought due to the color coding and the detailed artwork it was going to be a true pain. Well I admit I was wrong it's very easy to clean and maintain. I would suggest this firearm to anyone wishing to carry a small caliber pistol. As a matter of fact I am now considering purchasing the same firearm in the sapphire (blue) color.
