  Well it is not an equal match. One is centerfire and the other is a rimfire 22lr. For personal defense the 9mm is better. For inexpensive fun and pest control the 22lr is awesome.

• Q: does the slim come with a hard case and 2 mags i have seen different reviews saying 1 mag no case to 2 mags and a hard case?

• Q: I have one of these pistols and had the rear screw fall out of the sight. They say it is backordered after waiting 50 minutes on both the phone and on their chat which kept saying 5 minutes. Has anyone else had this problem with their seemingly non-existent Customer Service?

  You're lucky, I'm still waiting for them to mail me parts for a gun I no longer even have. And I hear they have gotten better!!! Not in my opinion.
• Q: In the great state of Texas do I have to have a gun license of any kind to pick up a hand gun from the FFL dealer? I know I don't for long guns but I'm not sure about pistols.

  You don't need a permit in order to pick up a weapon from an FFL. Depending the FFL you use. Depends on the transfer fee you will pay before you walk out of the FFL with your weapon. Just make sure you have a valid DL and that the address is correct on your DL. You will have to fill out paperwork for a backgriund2 check and you don't want anything to cause an issue for you not being able to take your weapon home that day.
