Very good ammunition. This ammunition works very well in my Weatherby Vanguard. Ammunition is very accurate at 100 yards grouping into about ¾”. I have not shot groups with it further but can hit the 8” square 400-yard steel target with it every time by holding the crosshair just over the top edge of the steel. 7mm Remington Magnum is very flat shooting to begin with and this ammunition takes consistency to another level.

Looking forward to trying them out in my Howa 1500. See the results on Youtube God's Country shooting and outdoors. Buds has great ammo at a great price.

Hornady precision hunter 7mm Rem mag ammo is just as accurate as their match ammo, highly recommend!!

Have not had a chance to test these, but I'm sure they will not disappoint from my Weatherby Vanguard. I would call this premium grade ammo, as was reflected in the price, but you can't go wrong with high-end Hornady cartridges.

Received first order in timely manner. Now I’m on a wait list. I will admit it’s hard to fine but if it shows in stock I don’t expect to be put on a wait list. Kind of a bummer. What do you do ? This ids the only ammo I shoot through my rifle.

My son took a big Nevada bull at 750 yards And I took one at 500 yards and both one shot and down with zero tracking. It is absolutely a quality factory round shooting consistent sub MOA groups

Bought these for my adult son, who purchased his 7mm rifle to use on an Elk hunt in Colorado. Did not get a shot of on that hunt, but in October, 2021, he succeeded with bringing home a Mule Deer in Colorado with this ammo

Great ammunition ! Has always been reliable and accurate. We've used this for Arizona mule deer and elk and it's always gotten the job done regardless of the shooting distance . In most cases the animal drops in their tracks and if not, they dont travel far.

My 7mag is my go to hunting rifle and I wont run anything in it except Hornady 162 gr eldx. Buds always great and fast shipping.

I absolutely love ELDX bullets. Have harvested animals all the way to the size of scimitar oryx with no issues whatsoever at any ranges out to 400 yards. I can’t speak to what it will do down range from that but I don’t have any doubt that it will perform well. Also is it a beast on the range because of the ballistic coefficient of the bullets. 143ELDX in 6.5 Creedmoor and 6.5 PRC as well as 162 grain in 7 mm mag all perform well.

These cartridges give the most consistent targeting of and brand and weight I have used.

This Hornady Precision Hunter is the best I have ever found. They produce 3,034 FPS out of my Remington 700 Sendero. They hold less than 1 MOA. I’ll always shot this round in my long-range rifles.

Like the price for the performance. The 162gr shot well out of a X-bolt 7mm, better than the other name brand ammo I tried. The ELD-X is a great medium to long range hunting bullet.

Very accurate for production ammo. My weatherby mark v shoots 3/4” groups at 100yrds with thiS.

I was recently invited to hunt a friends hunting lease in Alabama and decided to bring my new Savage 111TH chambered in 7mm Rem Mag. I decided to try the 162 gr. ELD Hornady Precision Hunter bullets for a first time also. Now im new to hunting but did serve in combat as a Marine in Iraq from 2003-2007 so I atleast know how to shoot. The 1st morning I was at the lease I had a 100lb white tail step out at 70yds. I slowed my breathing and stopped my left foot from tapping with buck fever. When I fired the deer instantly hit the ground on its right side and its back left leg went straight and that was it...dead instantly. I stayed in place and 45 mins later a 135lb 9 point came into view on the side of the clearing. It stopped broad side at 136yds. I fired and he fell straight down and never moved. Im not saying this is a magic bullet...but if you hit it right...you wont be tracking a deer all afternoon. On both bucks the lungs and heart were destroyed, they died instantly and even up close at 70 the magnum still opened up and dumped its energy. My freezer now has over 100lbs of meat in it...for the cost of 2 premium bullets and a cup of coffee. Happy hunting ladies and gents.
