Ok for that price this thing is SCARY.....but fun. They also selll different size magazines one with up to 20 rounds . Still think best 12 for the money by bar

All I have to say is Yep, the best of both worlds! this is a beautiful Shotgun to the Max! its a pump with a Magazine and feeds so smooth. you can hunt, Clay, and have tactical precision all in one! This is by far one of the finest shotguns on the market at an incredible price too! It shoots well and accurate right out of the box!

Picked this up a few weeks back. Seems to work as it should so far. Sights are actually pretty nice, but even adjusted all the way down my slugs still hit about 6 in high at 50 yards, but birdshot is centered pretty well. It's probably going to end up with a red dot on it so not a huge deal. Very slick action as there's no lifter or anything moving in the gun as on a normal pump. One strange thing however is that even when the gun is in battery if you yank hard you can open the bolt. It's not necessarily a defect, it is the way the gun is designed. So if you're a guy who pulls a pump shotgun hard into your shoulder with the forearm you might have to adjust your technique a little with this gun. I think it's worth what I paid, assuming it holds up. I have about 125 rounds of birdshot and 10 or so slugs through it at this point, so no long-term review

Got this on sale for 179. and do not regret it. A few misfires and a few jams but got it worked out. What I do regret is buying one a few months earlier at Sportsmans for 279.

I bought this shotgun a few months ago and haven't taken it out to fire it, yet. The owners manual said to feed it 500 rds of 1220+fps ammo before relying on it. Has anyone that owns one actually done so?

I own a few Rock Island products. This is a great firing gun for the money. Perfect balance and weight.

Very good shotgun for the money. Makes a good home defense and a truck gun. ran some turkey loads through it at the range and it patterns them very good so I will use it for turkey hunting. Ghost ring sights will work very good for turkey hunting. Recommend the shotgun and Buds gave very good service shipping gun to my FFL as always. Thanks

This shotgun was surprisingly light weight. Action is smooth. The magazines are a bit stiff. The feeding was not super reliable at first. Could be the mags need to get worked in a bit. The build quality is good and so far I like this shotgun.

Cannot beat the value on this 12ga. Take care when loading the magazine, It’s easy to dent the shell below while loading a new round.

Nice shotgun for the price, love the ability to load several magazines and keep shooting. Great for skeet shooting and not having to reload each time.

I purchase this little puppy as a fun way to get out with my two grandsons and blow "stuff" up. My youngest grandson has grown up watching hickok45 on you tube so yoh can imagine. When that first round of double OO didn't knock him to the ground he was thrilled beyond belief they way that 2 litre exploded. I really wasn't all that knowledgeable about this brand but it seems very solid with enough weight to soak up some recoil. It was easy to clean, etc. I bought it mainly on price for a couple of kids who wanted to learn to shoot but who I wonder will keep up with the sport. Yes, I'd buy again and yes, I'd recommend.

This shotgun was one of those guns that was well worth the money.
The magazine feed system works like a charm.
Low brass high brass 3" all ran with no flaws.
I put a Tru Choke Predator tube on the barrell.
#4 buckshot hammers Northern Maine coyotes.
The gun points fast and the pump throws the empty case from the mag slick.
Fast reloading with the mags and AR style mag release.
And yes Buds is where I buy all my weapons. Fast shipping and no worries about anything like my shotgun both run Smoothly.

Mags were hard to load the first time and it made me question getting a magazine fed 12ga but I quickly figured it out. I love it! Quality seems great for the price, includes 3 chokes and cleaning cloth. Buds is the best!

This Shotgun was purchased at a low price under $200. When I received it I was surprised by how heavy and clumsy it Is. I never would have purchased it if I knew this so I can not recommend it

Process of buying gun was great. Bud’s was timely and professional. Shotgun is a great deal for the money. My only complaint is the finish is coming off the left side of the receiver. I’ve only had gun a few weeks. It dosn’t bother the function of shotgun but is disappointing as far as appearance goes. I bought a warranty but no sure if it’s covered. That being said it’s a great deal for the price.

Got from Buds quickly and I took it to the range for a test run and I’m not disappointed one bit. This shot gun works great right out of the box and comes with three chokes and easy to field strip. Comes with 3 inch chamber and a 20 inch barrel and the recoil is easy to take. If you want a pump shot gun and don’t want to sell your first born , then this is your pump. Oh yes two five round mags comes with it. Buy it but buy from Bubs you won’t be disappointed.

I have to admit I did not expect much for a sub 2 hundred dollar shotgun but I was very surprised and pleased with the RIA VRPA40 Pump 12 GA. Out of the box it came with two 5 round magazines as well as three chokes. The fit and finish were good and the pump action light and smooth. I did not see any blemishes or scratches on the finish either. The shotgun even came with sling mounts already attached. What more can one ask for at such a price? Shooting it was a pleasure since it took anything I cycled through it, and I have to admit I have a real urge to track down one of the 19 round magazine that are available just in case the zombie apocalypse should occur. Not only is this a great bargain it is a unique shotgun for anyone's collection.
