Bushmaster XM-10 very loud and light weight. the only thing I can’t find is a handguard with railings. I have a great vortex viper scope. Targeting is awesome I’m very happy with this firearm.

I’m in love. This is a wonderful weapon! Ordered on a Friday, shipped Saturday. At my FFL Dealer Wednesday! First time I’ve dealt with Buds. Couldn’t be more pleased. Installed a Nikon Buckmasters II 4-12x40 Scope and a Limbsaver Tactical Snap-On Recoil Pad, zeroed this rifle at 100 yards with very little effort. Very smooth and accurate. Recoil? Well, yeah…it’s a .308. I have fired bolt action .308s before, and being a small woman, I was somewhat concerned. However, I found this rifle easy for me to fire and control. Once again…Thank you Bud’s and Bushmaster!

Great rifle. Extremely accurate, grouping matches my Remington 700 long range .25-06. Mounted a red dot/laser scope, but the kick would turn the power off to the scope. Returned the red dot and purchased a Burris Fullfield TAC30 1x4x-24mm scope which is designed with this rifle in mind. The scope is perfectly functional for 2 eye operation or for 100 yards in the field. Also purchased a limbsaver butt pad from Bud's. After 60 rounds at the range my shoulder was a little sore. All together a great set up. Also be aware that the metal magazines for these only hold 19 rounds and that is a tight fit, I only load a maximum of 18. Came with a nice Bushmaster case and shipped fast. If you can buy it from Bud's you won't find a better deal.

This is my first AR .I am so happy with this gun, I have to sit on both hands to keep from clapping.Great fit,great action,very accurate.This is also my first purchase from Buds.Any fears of buying from an online gun shop should be put away.First rate,spot on transaction from beginning to delivery.Every part of the process was fully explained ,all along the way.No tracking numbers to type in .Every time package was scanned it was updated on my account. could not get any easier than that.Back to the gun...5 stars all the way.I highly recommend Bushmaster and Buds..

Cannot beat it for the price !! I have fired approx. 500 rounds through it so far, some of them were Russian ammo with no malfunctions. The accuracy is within the posted tolerances.

Great price for an AR-10 platform. Just got back from the range. No problems shooting 150g Tula, 168g & 180g Remington. No FTFs or FTEs. Very happy with the performance! Now I just need about 800 meters plus to see what capabilities it really has!

Awesome weapon I was able to get good groups .75" and I'm not that good of a shot, this gun will kick like no other. It hits hard; though everyone at the range was going crazy. I put 140 rds through it this evening of Silver Bear .308 (7.62x51mm) 145gr FMJ and had no failures to feed or failures to eject overall an awesome Firearm. I plan to get a larger version in the future either with .338 Federal or a .308 with a 24" Bull Barrel. The ammo is dirty but it gets the job done so no complaints there. My first Firearm and I am in love with it, If you are looking for a gun that can out muscle its smaller brethren the .223 this will get the job done with an exclamation point. can get a bit heavy after modifications though it came out the box unloaded at 7.8lbs and now with the UTG Quad Rail Mid Length, Magpul RVG Foregrip, MOE Stock MIAD Grip, MBUS, and 1.6lbs of .308 she now comes in at 9.7lbs. Budsgunshop is the best when it comes to Customer Service and quality choices of products I will definitely order all my guns from them. Overall- This is a fine tool Bushmaster did really well when they designed this rifle it shoots really smooth easy to clean and reassemble and most importantly is effin cool, I mean come on its .308 Thanks bud and Bushmaster

Great doing business with Bud's. Great prices and fast shipment. The gun was also great. Have only had it out once, but no complaints. Attached a scope and had it sighted in in just a few shots. Shoots great, looking forward to taking it out hunting whitetails and wild hogs.

Picked up my new Bushmaster .308 ORC yesterday from my local FFL. Have put 3 different kinds of surplus Russian ammo through it with no problems whatsoever. Gun was as advertised and I am happy with it. I had orginally ordered a Remington 700 Tactical but changed my mind and the order within a few hours. Despite having bought 5 guns since December (including 2 Taurus 24/7 pistols for my parents) Buds still charged a 10% restock fee (and the Bushmaster was almost twice as expensive). This time it also took 10 days to reach my local FFL. I will be buying more guns this year and will still try Buds first. I hope they will consider applying this restock fee to my next order. Overall not a bad experience, just not the usual top notch service I am used to from Buds.

I got my Bushmaster 308 ORC last week, and I can't stress enough how easy it was to deal with Bud's Gun Shop. The whole process was fast, simple, and pain free. I havent taken my rifle to the range yet but have no fear that I recieved a quality item. Thanks BGS!

I have had this for 2 weeks now. Three range trips, 500 rounds. I have tried to find something wrong with it. It's just too good. This thing is shooting 1.5" groups (of 10 at a time) and 1" groups (of 5 at a time) It runs flawless. It is accurate. It is fun to shoot. It makes lots of noise. This is going to be a pig hunters dream machine. Herds will fall before it.

Got this gun a couple of weeks ago after stumbling on it on Buds right when it came out ... deciphered the code and called Bushmaster to find out that they had just released it to the market ... didn't even have it on their website at the time. It now is on the Bushmaster home page if you want to get more of the specs. I finally got to take it out to the range yesterday ... if you're looking for a .308 in an AR-type platform, definitely put this bad boy on your list. It is an alternative to the Armalite AR-10 and the DPMS .308. I iked the price and the fact that you are not locked into Armalite mags when comparing it to the AR-10. i put my Eotech on it and after getting it sited in, I blasted the center out of the target wtih 14 rounds in a row in the bullseye (okay ... I didn't really measure groupings). Recoil is more than with a .223 (duh!), but more of a kick back than up as you would expect with an AR. I did have a couple of FTE's that happened when I used one of the Magpul .308 mags I purchased ... no problems of any kind with the factory magazine. If my Colt is fun, this gun is fun on steroids ... can't wait to take it hog-hunting out in east Texas!
