Overall great budget gun. 5,000 rds through it with no issues. Buds is always the best way to go.

i would give this a 5 rating, but i feel i paid a bit too much for it, my fault, but it is quiet a bit cheaper now, and for the lower price, its an even better deal, shoots straight, well built, have only put brass trough it at this point, but flawless operation.

Its a good gun for the price. Only complaint is the quad rails are huge.

The Diamond back AR-15 is the first rifle sized weapon that I have purchased so my comments are from a new and inexperienced purchaser of such a firearm. I have much to learn about the weapon going forward. The AR-15 is easy to use from a lefties point of view. It isn't a heavy weapon, the recoil isn't bad at all when fired. The 30 magazine firing is concise. As a semi automatic weapon the trigger firing works very well. Allowing the operator to increase or decrease the amount of rounds the AR-15 fires at the operators pace. I have fired off full metal jacket 223 55 grain rounds at my local indoor gun range and must say that while I do enjoy firing the AR-15 I have recently purchased a scope for it to improve my accuracy with the target practice shooting sessions. The AR-15 and the Diamondback is a solid weapon which is sold at a very good price point. The AR-15 will not let you down this I'm certain of. Do your due diligence, there are many You Tube videos on the Diamond back AR-15 and the competitor brands to watch along with many tips being given from many experienced gun owners to make an informed purchase decision.

Fantastic gun at a fantastic price. I mounted a 1-6 Vortex optic on it and it shoots sub moa at 50 yards. The handguard, stock, and charging handle are cheaply made but if you don’t want to replace them, the gun is still great. I put about 300 rounds through it right out of the box with no issues before replacing the handguard with a Mentium USA 15” keymod, the charging handle with a seekins precision charging handle, and the stock with a MFT minimalist stock. Also replaced the bolt carrier with a Falkor bolt carrier. The gun is still great without those upgrades, just how I set it up.

Diamond back db15 223/5.556 great bang for the buck. Ran 300 rounds thru and no issues. Added iron sights and also a red dot. Very accurate. Highly recommend it.

I was a little skeptical of this firearm because of its low price, but after putting 200 rounds through it with very little maintenance and having zero FTF's as well as very good accuracy, I am convinced that this rifle could compete with those that run $1000 or more. I am now a fan of Diamondback Firearms for life.

Carbine ship fast and on time. Item was as described. Got her home and cleaned her up. Set her up with a pair of old mbus gen 1 I had and a 30 mil dot sight. Loaded up as many 30 round ar mags as I had at the time and headed out. Ran her rough and fast. These get warm fast. Not one failure to feed or eject. Used steel, aluminum, Troy mags, and gen 2 pmags. No issues with any. Shoots straight and was a steal of a deal during the Obama rush and hoard. Thanks buds for a good price on a good riffle.

Love the rifle. It shot flawlessly(w/ brass casings) first 500 rounds. I've read they seem a little loose between the upper and lower but it feels tight and right. If anyone is interested in a budget gun or a great gun in general look no further, I didn't and I am more then happy with it. Diamondback did a great job

Out of the box, it's a great gun. Takes less than a minute to strip down. All parts of the gun are of high quality...my only complaint is that the stock, when fully extended, is a bit wobbly, but it's nothing major. Took the gun out for the first firing and realized I didn't have any gun oil (gun came bone dry), but the anticipation was killing me, so I fired a few shots and, as expected, I had a jam about every 2-3 shots simply due to the bolt being completely dry. After I oiled the gun up, it's been shooting perfectly with 0 jams. I probably shot 200-300 rounds through it and have 0 complaints. Also, every part I've ordered for it (scope, bipod, vertical grip, etc.) has all fit on the aluminum rail perfectly.

Nice platform for the price. Shoots well no issues. Would suggest a good cleaning and lube before you head to the range as it's bone dry out of the box. Runs both steel and brass without issues. Looked at a lot of different Brands happy with my decision. Good solid rifle. Buds was great as usual, purchased from them in the past never a problem.

Mine has a little trouble with steel rounds, but overall it's a very fun rifle to shoot, and built very well. I'm very happy with my choice. There are a lot of entry level AR rifles out there but this thing is made solid, all out of metal, and just has more features out of the box than the others in it's price range. I highly recommend this rifle for anyone looking for a solid entry level AR.

This gun functions well. Only shot it once but it ate 100 rounds of Wolf polyformance 55 grain like a champ. I shot inside of 50 yards without any sort of sights on it so I don't really have any idea of its accuracy. However, I was able to shoot 10 shot groups within the size of my hand. Positives: Solidly built, all metal receivers. Reliable magazine. Great trigger, much better than I was expecting. Pretty good receiver mating. MP, pressure tested, full auto bolt. Lightweight. Negatives: The Q-rail wasn't perfectly square to the flat top but not that big of a deal to me. Buttstock is decent but not anything to write home about. The trigger guard irritates the middle finger when holding the pistol grip (will probably be the first upgrade). Definitely needs lubrication (I recommend some kind of grease) as the bolt and CH are pretty gritty up until about 50 rounds have been shot. CH does suck but works still. Good-great gun overall. 90% rating.

excellent AR for the price and you get a quad rail. the buttstock, grip, and mag are cheap obviously but it keeps the price down and most ppl change that out anyway. I put about 500 rounds through it and I did not have a single FTF. I put the fab defense flip up iron sights and a fore grip with laser and I have had a blast with this ar.
