Awesome product and great pricing, fired 30 rounds my first time and I had a blast literally. I bought another one this week ca'nt wait to receive it- Noone can compare with Budsgunshop. Price, product and customer service - I had a rep call me about a recent product I purchased and since I live in New Jersey it's only 10 rounds for handguns and the gun I had just purchased was 15 rounds so, she canceled my order and chose the same handgun but with 2 5 round magazines and entered a new order for me-she was really accommodating-I wish I can remember her name.Thanks Budsgunshop!

Ideal for new conceal carry price was right and its a smith I love 45

I love the M&Ps, but don’t enjoy the squishy triggers. I put a Timney Alpha trigger in this thing, now it’s just flat out awesome.

In people's reviews everyone states that this pistol came with a hard plastic case. Mine did not come with a hard case. It came in just a cardboard box. Just wondering why that is?

Smith & Wesson makes excellent firearms. I have owned and extensively fired the glock 21 Gen 4, h&k .45 v1, walther ppq .45. The Smith & Wesson. 45 2.0 has been more accurate, totally reliable, and just shoots better. The grip angle allows me to fire quickly and accurately with .45 acp, something I could not do with the other three brands I mentioned! This is my 2nd Smith .45 2.0 one for each room of the 2 rooms I sometimes sleep in my house. Keep in mind you have to practice extensively and have the correct hold/grip to reach the full potential of any firearm. I love the 14 round magazines for home defense.

Reliable pistol good price

This gun for me is as accurate and easy to shoot as a 1911 and at half the price and using 10-round mags. A winner for sure. My first time from ordering from Buds and it was very pleasant experience. Several emails throughout the process kept me informed and the gun was at my FFL in about 6 working days. A great price too!

The m&p2.0 45 acp is a super nice handgun to handle and shoot, also very accurate . It handles the recoil of the 45 superbly making it pleasent to keep shooting wishing you had more then 10rds in the mag lol the trigger is nice and crisp and the texture of the handle makes it really easy to keep a good grip.. The 4 changeable back straps are a really good plus I recommend trying them all and see what you like best it really does make the feel more comfortable once you find your size.the sights are very nice as well and very visible.. Sounds wierd but I really liked handling the magazine on this gun they felt of really good quality and easy to load those big slugs. Over all love my purchase only thing I would change is the safety levers don't really like the design of them and tend to get in the way wish they came flush like on the shield or just get it without the safety... Also Dealing with buds made this a every easy and pleasant experience shipped quickly and everything came in excellent condition gotta love when you get what you want with no hassles

wanted to wait till I could give an honest evaluation shot all the major defensive stuff all pass with acceptable results but the 1,2,3, Speer 230, 230 HST, 185 golden saber, critical defense and 200gr xtp real close 4th and 5th. seem a little harsh with +p stuff. Now grip texture 2 thumbs up, trigger way improved still probably going apex flat faced trigger but that is personal preference. stock trigger is acceptable. Very pleased with this purchase. Nightstand gun and have carried this pistol not that bad at all to carry. A very good value.

A damn fine gun, I've put over a thousand rounds through it and it still shoots like I just got it yesterday, the trigger is fantastic and shoots straight out of the box like a champ

Bud's did great on the order and shipment of the S&W M&P 45ACP 2.0 I ordered. The pistol arrived timely and in perfect shape. The pistol is well made with no discernible flaws. It came with 4 backstraps so it could be fit to different hand sizes. The safety was crisp; the magazine release was positive and the mags popped right out. The grip texture is very aggressive but it does allow a good, positive grip on the pistol. The trigger has a lot of free play before you reach the break point but the break is clean and crisp with hardly any overtravel and the reset is audible and quick. I wish the trigger did not have so much free play before the break but you can get used to it. The guide rod is stainless. The pistol is built like it will take a beating. I upgraded mine with night sights and more magazines. Not to bash other full size 45 striker 45's but the S&W does not feel big and it has trim lines. Takedown is a snap. Pistol is a winner.

I just add this gun to my collection after testing different brands and models. The gun is very comfortable and came with four interchangeable palmswell grip inserts so you can select the best fit for you. I found this gun extremely accurate. I just love this gun.

nice pistol. grip texture was a bit rough though; started to become uncomfortable after a hundred rounds. i hate to wade into this debate but i prefer my Glock. keep trying S&W.

Got last week 200 rds , no jams or FTF , which I didn’t expect there would be on a new firearm ,, the reason I writing a review is because I completely blown away by this 400$ 45 , I own 11 handguns , 8 of those are HK”S in my personal opinion are the greatest guns out !! But The MP has a better grip and I can handle it better than my HK45 that was 900$ dollars, if your looking for great gun don’t Be detour by the price the quality is there !!

The first 100 rounds have confirmed my purchase, the new 2.0 is an amazing fire arm. If you purchase this Hand gun you will not be disappointed

First to Buds, thank you for your awesome and fast service. #1 fit and finish are superb, couldn't get any better out of the box, so 5 stars here. #2 sights are as good as you can get, so 5 stars here as well. Would probably give it 4 stars here but this seems to be the norm sight picture these days so... #3 the trigger. Trigger is light and breaks clean, and I can actually feel the reset so once again 5 stars. #4 the intechanable grips. I love these grips. Being able to choose between 4 sizes right out the box for the best fit for my hand was amazing, since I am a bigger fellow with small hands. Also the the texture on the grips is unmatched when it comes to positive grip. Only problem I have and practice is making it dwindle to 0, is the grip tends to catch on my shirt during draw. But as I said this problem with going away the more I practice drawing this firearm. So 5 stars again. #5 function. I have put 400 rounds through it so far, first 300 straight out the box with no cleaning or lubrication. Pistol has had 0 failures to eject feed or fire. So another 5 stars. #6 accuracy. I have a Remington R1 enhanced if you have read the reviews it is an extremely accurate pistol. I print 1 1/4 to 1 1/2" groups with it from bench at 25 yards. This M&P is matching my R1 with ease. So another 5 stars. All around this is hands down the best pistol purchase I have made in the last 5 years absolutely love it!!!

Purchased the full size M&P 2.0 in 45 after getting the new shield in 45 and really liking the new grip texture. Best grip I have handled on a factory gun. Trigger is better than the old smith M&P but still not fantastic. Reliability is 100%. Points naturally and fit and finish is surprisingly top notch. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

The S&W M&P 2.0 45 ACP has great balance and a very good trigger from the factory. The ambidextrous safety on my model is very accessible and usable for a left hander like me. Accuracy at 200 rounds has been good and not outstanding but I'll blame that on the shooter growing familiar with the handgun. I very glad I purchased the handgun!

I have a number of striker fired pistol and this sets the standard for feeling like an extension of your hand. Grip almost sticks to you and it aims and fires naturally. I chose the safety because I like safety but I can see how you could engage it in a magazine reload. For my application-hunting backup-a magazine reload is not my primary consideration. If you can live with the 10 round mag this is a great pistol at a great price.
