This is my go-to round for defense. The Ballistics on yellow gel according to agency protocols is amazing, and the consistent bloom on the bullet is a thing of beauty. I have surmised through some research it seems these bullets are even more effective when it gets to tear through clothing or bad guy, so the fact that it seems to have enhanced performance in the areas of intended use has me carrying this in my EDC every day. The recoil is manageable whether you are shooting a 3.3 or 3.6 inch barrel as well. This is my favorite defensive ammo on the planet.

Too expensive to shoot very many but of the few I've shot they shoot and cycle well out both my converted Glock G-27 and Ruger LCP. Was very impressed with the penetration and even more so the expansion of the 9mm on gallon jugs of water. Also expanded better than any other 380 round I've tried.

The order was processed in either 2 or 3 business days, and I rec'd the ammo in the mail about 3-4 business days. Very pleased with this purchase from both a product and retailer perspective. This ammo is getting rave reviews online. I've yet to do anything other than cycle some rounds through a 4" XD9 at paper targets, but they fed well and were accurate. The recoil was very manageable to me, but I have a strong grip and have yet to shoot this ammo from a sub-compact gun. So, your mileage may vary.
