The Kimber Custom II wasn't my first choice. I canceled my first choice and Buds was very helpful and understanding. No problems at all in the cancelation. The Kimber is a fantastic pistol in 9mm. I shot a Kimber in 45ACP, and was going to purchase one, but had second thoughts since the rest of my pistol collection are 9mm. I am happy I did. That is one sweet shooting 1911 pistol. It is not a starter pistol for the beginners but for someone with some experience it is a must have. The trigger is very positive and chrisp, and it just feels great in your hand. I would recommend Kimber, they look great and are accurate right out of the case. I wish they came with two mags but they only come with one 9 round mag. It functions with no problems and I purchased another one and the same time with the pistol. I have since purchased two 10 round magazines'.

Pretty gun and I have had a Browning HiPower 9mm before but never a pure 1911 9mm. Gun was perfect and shot perfectly out of the box. I ended up buying 4 Kimbers over a few weeks and could not have been happier with their quality control, accuracy and overall designl

Pistol is better than expected. Very smooth and very accurate. Glad I bought from Bud’s!

Kinda disappointed with this pistol. Mine had several failures to extract per magazine (tried 3 different brands), shot about 1 1/2" high at 10 yards, and the accuracy was not that impressive. All my other .45 ACP 1911s (Kimbers, Les Baers, Springfield Armory) are much more accurate, run flawless, and shoot small groups with impact at POA. This 9mm recoil was nice though.
