This is a very effective edc and home defense round, also the consistency I am getting at 25 to 30 yards in incredible, I chose this round because I am a huge fan of hornady ammunition, not to mention most police in my area choose to carry this in thier duty pistols.

I purchased both Hornady Critical Defense and Hornady Critical Duty ammo at the same time to see which my handgun preferred. This Critical Duty ammo functioned perfectly and burned cleanly. Accuracy wasn't as good in my pistol as the Critical Defense (but still acceptable), but that can vary between handguns. Excellent ammo if you need the greater penetration.

I really like this ammo and use it in my Glock, FN and Beretta’s . It functions well without any problems at all! Hornady makes a great personal defense ammo and at a great price and Fast shipping through Buds!!
