Chris, that says .22LR with 'tubular' magazines, any capacity permitted. This gun has a detachable box magazine, therefore limited to 10 rounds.

This is pretty much the same story as the other one, there are very few restrictions on bolt action rifles in NY, this rifle is good to go if you remove the 15rd magazines. But all guns with a detachable magazine(rifles, shotguns, handguns, Aows) in NY are limited to 10rds, whether semi-auto, bolt-action, pump, etc.... This rifle has a detachable box magazine and is limited to 10rds. The only exception "✔ .22 LR caliber rifles of any action with tube-fed magazinesof any capacity are permitted. Hi Alice, It will be cutting it close. The overall length collapsed and extended is 35.13" - 38.63". Length of pull range from collapsed to extended is 12" - 15.50". I think you'll be fine since the recoil isn't that bad on this.

Thanks Buds for the smooth transaction, This my friends, is a great rifle in my opinion. It is a tack driver out to 100 yards and most likely farther. I shoot it first when practicing to get my head right . I am now getting similar accuracy on larger caliber rifles in just a couple shots

So far very happy with it. Put maybe a hundred rounds of CCI SV through it and best group so far was quarter sized at 50 yards. Certain I can improve on that. This package is unbeatable for the price if you want to get into precision rimfire. It isn’t completely awesome it almost any way, but it has every feature you need to get started including the 30moa rail without purchasing anything but an optics and a bipod.
