This model has Features : • Crimson Trace® Green Laserguard® with front of the grip (under the trigger guard) activation.

Judging by the review there is no way to disable it either. So whenever you shoot, its on.

Does this deal qualify for the smith and Wesson rebate?

I believe it should. The rebate say the shield is available for it and says nothing to exclude a model with the crimson trace laser.

Yes, all model numbers will qualify for the rebate. I recently purchased a S&W Shield that is a QP only model and my rebate was accepted without issue. I would recommend filing online to save some time!

The Item you show is for Qualified Professionals only, but here the one that is not Bud's Item Number: 95476 it does have the rebate the other does as well But you have to be a Qualified Professional they are both on the list https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/rebates.php

GREAT piece. The green laser is super bright. I do wish there was a way to turn laser off tho. Great deal from Buds QPD. Im very happy overall with the purchase. Love carrying it.
