• Q: Can it still be shipped to California even with the pistol grip stock? I think so due to the fact that it is a bolt action rifle not semi but i wanted a second opinion. I've been thinking about the Mod x system for a long time and this price is killer.

  you are correct it is legal in CA because it is a bolt gun

  Chris, not on this rifle. It uses AICS Style Magazines which have a different/limited stack design. I am sure some custom makers can fabricate some.
