One of my very first anticipated firearm to receive, way back in 2017… I couldn’t have asked for more, for what I paid at the time. After some 2700 or so rounds run through the pipe, still has plenty of life left, however the original cerakoat is pretty much non existent on the frame, and has flaked off the slide in some places, but a simple refinish would bring it right back to the beauty it was when I first opened the box… also a solid plus is that almost all of the cz parts are interchangeable with slight modification on things such as the cz firing pin, and cz oem hammer, everything else is pretty much drop in. 5* no doubt with this Canik (Tristar) Is a gem if you can find it for a reasonable price these days.

As always Bud's service was up there, as for the product I received this Tri-Star T100 from my FFL on Wednesday June 3 and did not wish to write a review on this product until I had the opportunity to get it out to the range. Shot this product for the first time on Tuesday June 9 using Federal 115 grain FMJ ammunition. Shooting at 7 yards all shots were placed into a 4 inch diameter area. I also have the Tri-Star C100 and the felt recoil is noticeabiy less with the T100. Once I receive some new grip panels to replace the cheep plastic panels on the pistol from the factory it will fit nicely in my daily carry rotation.

I have never purchased a Turkish clone and regretted it. They are some of the most reliable firearms I have ever owned at the fraction of the cost. This Tristar has yet to disappoint. I have ran multiple types of ammo and have not encountered any malfunctions .. For a compact firearm, it feels great, shoots well and is a good purchase. If you are thinking about getting it ....don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

This pistol has a lot going for it. Above all it's accurate then the quality is very good and I end with price which is fantastic for a pistol with all you're getting. I love mine

This is the first gun I've ever bought from an online retailer. Buds got it to the FFL I selected in a timely fashion and the gun itself was in fine shape, and the transfer went smoothly. So for a first impression they've done well. I bought the gun itself because I'm relatively new to shooting and I wanted to try out a CZ-75 gun without paying the price for a CZ-75. There are videos about these guns all over Youtube, and for the money I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. This is one of my favorite guns to shoot, it's smooth, does alright with cheaper ammo (it'll choke on aluminum ammo every now again and I have to get rough to get the gun into battery). Ergonomically, it's fine. I know a lot of people switch the grips off of these, but I just left them on and I have no complaints. I love how sleek and simple the gun looks. It's also not heavy but not too light either. I have a lot more confidence in the frame being aluminum than polymer. The slide rides inside the frame so there isn't much to grab onto up top, but fortunately the safety is on the frame so serrations you got are good enough to get a good purchase on the gun, and the entire frame being the slide rails basically makes racking this thing butter smooth, which is is not something I'm used to with a lot of the guns I've shot or owned so far. Only downside for the slide being minimal is that I usually grab the front end of the slide to unload my pistols so I can get my hand over the chamber and catch the cartridge as it ejects, can't really do that with this gun. But no big deal, it's mainly a range toy. My two major gripes with the gun is that taking it apart can be kind of annoying at first, but it's not hard once you do it a few times, and getting the guide rod and spring back into the barrel can be a pain sometimes. Only other nitpick is that there is no decocker, just the safety. But I bought this more as a novelty not for concealed carry, so I don't mind it (although I have done that and it can be easily done if you dress right). The gun has a heavy double action pull but smooth, but I've never shot this gun that way as there is no decocker. The single-action is very nice, and the only gun I've shot so far that's nicer is my PX4 Storm, but it's close. For the money this thing is great and well-made, and I've the all-steel P-120 in layaway to try out later. Accessory wise, as others have stated, getting holsters for the Baby Eagle will work with this gun. CZ mags will also work with this gun. So you have aftermarket options for this gun if you want to use it for either home defense or CCW. There's no rail, however, but some people take or leave that. For the money this thing is high-quality and well-made. There's not a lot of frills, but I like that. I'd definitely recommend this to a first-time shooter or somebody who just likes guns.

I you didn't already know this is a Turkish copy of a Jericho pistol. This is an outstanding value for the money! The Tristar doesn't have quite as good as finish as a true Jericho but mechanical it's good to go. Double action pull is on the heavy side but very smooth. Holsters are easy to find, if it fits a Jericho it will fit this pistol. The magazines are the only real drawback in my opinion. The pistol comes with two and extra factory magazines can be hard to find. You can use CZ-75/Witness magazines which are easy to come across but they won't sit flush. If you want a affordable but good quality 9mm this one is my top recommendation!

The T100 was exactly what I expected, fit and finish is great, clean and well machined on the inside, lightly oiled. Action is smooth, put a little over 100 rounds through it and again was not disappointed, trigger is great and getting better,for me it is about as big as I want for a carry gun. Put a set of rosewood grips on it to set it off, all n all a great choice a lot of gun for the money.
