A:From Kriss "We do not make a model for New York that is specifically compliant with NY SAFE.See 2 more answers |
We are aware that some dealers in New York are selling the Vector CRB for California as a “New York model”. Please be aware that the Vector CRB “California Featureless Rifle” is made specifically for compliance with California DOJ’s specifications on “featureless rifles”. It has not been reviewed nor approved by New York DOJ for compliance with NY SAFE." I would call and ask my LOCAL FFL as he would be the one putting his license on the line to transfer it to you -

A:Theodore, this would be legal in NJ due to This 9mm model CRB having a Magazine Lock for CA compliance. NJ should understand that this feature makes the magazine non detachable when engaged. Just check with a local FFL to make sure they understand this and perhaps Buds as well.
