Theodore - This one appears to be NJ compliant. Of course, the final responsibility is on you to ensure you are ordering a firearm that is legal in your state. I also suggest you check with a local FFL dealer, to ensure this firearms is legal in NJ. IT would be a shame to order it and then not be able to have ti transferred to you because of some technicality of which none of us here are aware. Good luck.
it is NJ compliant However I would verify this with the local FFL that you will use as he is the one who will have to do the paperwork for the transfer
As a whole our 4+ million customer's know more about firearms than we do. If you have a general question about a product we highly recommend that you first try out our customer Q&A feature. More often than not you will receive multiple answers to your question in minutes.

Theodore, this would be legal in NJ due to This 9mm model CRB having a Magazine Lock for CA compliance. NJ should understand that this feature makes the magazine non detachable when engaged. Just check with a local FFL to make sure they understand this and perhaps Buds as well. Details under "Handguns" here : budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
