I have found that the Bersa Thunder works quite well. The slide is easier to work than my other .380's, and the muzzle flip is quite controllable. The trigger leaves a bit to be desired: long take-up and a bit gritty. I'm hoping it will improve with continued use.

Recieved today, ran to the range and put 100 rounds through it. No FTFs, no FTEs, using the cheapest ammunition I could find. It took me 25 or so rounds to really get everything loosened up, and get used to the sight picture (more on that later) I have shot my fair share of guns, and I don't know that you can find a better EDC Conceal Carry. It checks all my boxes. -light but not a cloud -good capacity of a good enough round -an abundance of safety features for a gun this small -easy to conceal and won't be a burden to carry every day. -very accurate out to 10 yards once you get used to it. Only downside, if you could call it that, is the sights are small. TOO small, maybe? I feel like another 1mm on the front post would not have hindered my ability to draw, and would greatly increase pickup. Once you get used to them they are ok and you can get some really good groupings, but just know that you aren't going to impress anyone with your 50 yard deadeyes. I don't know how relevant that is given the task it was designed for. It is not a target shooting gun, it is for close range only. I wouldn't even attempt it out past 15 yards or so, tops. A fine quality gun. Would highly recommend at $300+, its a steal at the 260 I got it for.

There were some who advised me against buying the Bersa .380. I bought it anyway and have had it for several years because it's reliable and accurate. I recommend it for concealed carry because it's light, thin, and dependable.

Thank you Buds fast shipping. Took it to the range first shot dead center at 10 yards a great little gun, 100 rounds in have not had any issues with it. Very happy with the performance of the Bersa. This will be my EDC for now.

I bought this gun for exactly what it was made for: concealed carry. The smooth lines and almost no sharp, or prominent edges to catch on clothes, or pockets is perfect for what I needed! Many people carry larger calibers, which is fine, and I have also, but being a more medium frame person, the size of this pistol is perfect. Bersa has had a long reputation for good firearms and this is no exception. When carried in a waist holster, you don't even notice it. And it doesn't limit range of motion or pinch you while squatting or sitting. It has always fired and I've never had any issues with it whatsoever. I'd highly recommend this little beauty.

High quality firearm. Never a misfire in 200 rounds. This is not a pocket gun. A little too big and heavy for that. Very pleased with this gun.

Initially pleased with the both the firearm design and value, then very disappointed. Purchased and took delivery of firearm with ease as always from Buds and my local FFL. Went to range and fired off 8 magazines. Disassembled and cleaned. Back to range a week later for another 8 magazines. Now fired a grand total of 144 times. Attempted disassembly for a 2nd time. Pushed disassembly lever down, but slide would not release further back to be able to lift off of frame. Called Eagle Importers. Directed me to warranty service gunsmith. Upon receipt of firearm and my explanation, gunsmith called to inform me it would be replaced but was curious as to how I purchased such an old serial number new so recently. Said further that Bersa had known issues with that part within an SN range that mine fell. Then informed me that the duo tone model is also obsolete and no longer produced, so I would have to accept a different sub-model aesthetic. 5 weeks later, still no replacement. Obviously an Eagle Importers or Bersa issue there. As for what the Gunsmith told me, I am curious as to why such "new old stock" with a known problem was still being retailed.

I had some doubts about the firearm, but after taking it to the Range I found it to a pretty nice gun. Sights were right on out of the box. Fired about 100 rounds through it without any malfunction. Good pick.

Verdict still out on this one. Always wanted one and the price was very good. Got 250 rds through it and the slide stop doesn't work. No big deal but it looks like I can't send it back to factory and I need to send it to one of their gunsmiths. Problem is it's gonna cost $100 to send it.

Bud's is great ! This Bersa 380 is one of the best 380's I've had. I love the sites, love the slide, love the DA/SA trigger. Love everything about this pistol. One of my favorites!

Love this little pistol, purchased to carry while on the motorcycle. Conceals well and doesn't weigh a bunch.

Love this little shooter. Easy to operate in all respects. Takes about 5 seconds to field strip. Accurate at 15 yards. Very manageable recoil. Carries easy. For the price, you really can't go wrong. And to top it off, it looks cool.

As usual,Bud's has the goods, and good pricing. Good selection, some good on line information from the "chat" staff, but Dang!! delivery is consistently slooooow.. I bought a gun from a competitor once out of Utah (or maybe Idaho), and received in half time it took to get my gun from Bud's which is, _ 100 miles from the FFL I picked up at!!

Great gun!! No problems so far. Nice size for conceled carry. The the ammo offers some good defense rounds. Very comfortable to have either inside or outside the waist band!! Highly recommended!!

I call this one my little James bond gun. No wonder they have a great following. I paid around $240 if I remember right and it's the best .380 I've shot thus far. Reliable, accurate at 7 yards and with decent capacity magazines, I would highly recommend this to other shooters. Plus they come in all sorts of variations and colors.

I received my Bersa 380 CC in a timely fashion. So far I am very pleased with my Bersa. I went to the range twice so far and was very pleased with the accuracy and firing of the pistol. At this time I would rate this pistol as a good purchase. No miss fires or jams . Very nice pistol. Will A

great carry,its just easy to carry,accurate and super reliable ,i have many carry options,Walther CCP, Glock 19,J frame...this one was a surprise and the best carry is one you carry,forget about 9mm,45 ACP and all the stories you hear,the pistol that going to save you is one you will have on you...8+1 is plenty and from 50ft i was hitting the target with ease....very comfortable carrying it chambered,again what a pleasant surprise:)

This is my second Bersa 380. Both purchased from Buds They great little back up guns to carry when a full size is just to big or bulky. Both transactions from Buds to my local FFL dealer were seamless. I have purchased several firearms from Buds and have never had a single issue.

These are awesome guns I would pit it's performance and reliability against any gun costing 2 or 3 times as much straight out of the box shot 200 + rounds NOT A SINGLE malfunction, kudos to Buds Gunshop they handled my order quickly AND professionally I will continue to recommend Buds to anyone looking to purchase a firearm

The firearm I purchased from Bud’s Gun Shop was the Bersa Thunder 380 CC model. I ordered this pistol 3/16/2017 and received it 3/21/2017. After receiving the pistol I read the owner’s manual fully and learned how properly operate the pistol. I removed the slide per procedures written in the manual to inspect and clean the firearm for use. After cleaning, I lightly oiled the slide track. I took it to the firing range with 2 boxes of Blazer Brass FMJ 95 grain ammo. After 78 rounds were fired the slide derailed off the frame. I managed to get the slide back on the pistol but the slide removal pin/lever is broke and I cannot get it off to inspect for if there is other damage to the pistol. I want my money back. I could have been serious injured by this pistol.
