Shoots well. Good trigger. About size G19. No issues.

This is a well made firearm. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed. One thing I can say is after installing the 3 smallest grip panels I’m still having trouble getting my thumb on the mag release. My right hand measured from thumb to pinky is 9 inches. Other than that the P30SK is my everyday carry.

This gun is a great option for a CCW! I have owned Sigs, Glocks, and FN polymer 9mm pistols, and I think this one beats them all! I really like the DA/SA trigger for concealed carry. It’s just my personal preference. Furthermore, the interchangeable side plates and back straps really let you configure the gun to fit your hand the way you want it to. Magnificent gun!! Quality

High quality compact handgun for carry. Very soft shooting, very accurate with the luminescent sights. The DA trigger starts of a little gritty but smoothes out after 50 or so rounds. Single action is very smooth with a clean break plus a good tactile and audible reset. Not as noticeable as a striker, but no where near as bad as others make it seem. Highly recommend, with 2 in my safe and a full sized on the way!

Excellent pistol! Compact, low recoil, very accurate! Simple to field strip, and exhibits typical H&K quality. You know you're holding a finely tuned pistol when this one is in your hand. The grips are extremely comfortable as well. It accepts 15-round magazines as well, which is a nice touch.

Great firearm. You can't beat HK quality, and it's by far one of the best finished handguns I've purchased. It's a little heavier than most subcompacts I own, but It's still a pleasure to own. I carry it on a daily basis and the weight isn't an issue once you get used to it and have the right holster. If you are a hammer-fired subcompact fan, I'd definitely suggest this. You can't go wrong

Great service from buds. Great low price and gun shoots just about as good as it's big brother reliable soft felt recoil and very accurate as most hk's are at least in my experience. Gun carries very well imo better than a g26 even though it's just a bit taller in height and a little thicker and I think the reason it carries for me better than the g26 is the design and the way you can design the grip to fit your hand on paper it looks way thicker but they measure the controls which when in the holster you don't really feel that the slide is idk dehorned so it doesn't feel like a block inside your belt.

Without a doubt one of the best pistols I've ever shot. The replaceable side and back panels for the grip make it easy to customize the p30sk for your hand, makes holding this pistol "feel like home" (my way of saying it fits perfectly). The sights are easy to pick up and make follow up shots a breeze. Trigger reset is nice. The trigger gives you a sharp clean and crisp brake. Decocker takes a little getting used to but not bad in the least. D.A./S.A. are both nice on this pistol. Double action is a long firm pull but not so firm as to make it hard to keep sights on target. I chose the pistol without a safety, would not recommend carrying in cocked position so be sure to utilize the decocker when carrying with one in the chamber if you plan to carry this pistol. Over all excellent pistol would highly recommend this pistol to anyone wanting a quality hammer fired pistol.

Great gun! HK has always made great stuff and the P30SK is an amazing carry pistol that I know will do its job. Shoots really soft and for being such a small pistol there is a ridiculously small amount of kick. Really love it. And Bud's delivery and service was great as usual. Cheers.

My edc. The most comfortable grip I've ever felt on a gun. Light recoil that (for me anyway) seems to put the sights back on target quickly. The sights are very bright in the dark (when charged with light). I don't know if I'm just not completely used to it yet, or if the sights are a little off, but at 15 or so yards, I shoot 4-6 inches high. I'll live. Somewhat big for a subcompact. Seems like it should hold more than 10 rounds. But nope. Overall though, great gun. Love it.

I'm going to try and keep this review as transparent as possible by breaking it into a few sections with a final thought. Look & Feel: The grip of the HK P30 SK is second to none. When you reach for the gun it seems to lock onto your hand. Coming from a Glock platform, HK is on another level. The adjustable backstrap and sides are ideal for customizing the grip to your hand specifically. The slide is super easy to rack and the ambidextrous features are all very intuitive. The European style mag release is certainly something that takes getting used to. I find many people either love it or hate it. I'm on the love it side as it provides the ability to release the mag in a multitude of ways. Functionality: This gun is an absolute work horse. After about 200 rounds down range (115 gr Federal) without a single misfire, HK craftsmanship truly shines. Many argue that having a rail on the front may be overkill although I'm certainly happy to have it. Why not have more options? The sights are 3-dot luminescent sights. I read a lot of reviews and content that found the sights as a pain point. Coming from the Glock 27, I'm absolutely delighted to have these sights. Sure, true tritium night sights would be cool but at this price point these sights are fine with me. I purchased this firearm as a CCW option for situations where I would be clothed slightly heavier such as in fall winter. Compared to my Glock 27, The P30SK actually feels more comfortable as an IWB at 4 oClock. Although it may be a few ounces heavier than the Glock 26 or 27, in a side by side comparison I'm strongly leaning towards the P30SK. Performance: I have the single/double action version of the P30SK, and absolutely love it. The trigger certainly takes getting used to, but after my second trip to the range and some dry fire practice I am now reasonably proficient. The double action is LONG. If this is an issue, you may want to consider the VP9SK as an alternative. When you have a long trigger pull, it exposes YOUR shooting flaws. If you read many reviews of this pistol you'll find a lot of complaints about the trigger. I've found that this trigger has forced me to focus on fundamentals and keep sights on target throughout the whole trigger pull. If you put the time in to improve at this, you will be a better shooter. Sure a 1911 trigger is fantastic and striker fired triggers are predictable and somewhere in the middle. My personal opinion: I don't mind the trigger at all. It has forced me to improve my shooting skills. Final Thought: I really like this gun. With that being said, if you've done your research and the P30SK fits your requirements go ahead and buy it. Whether this is a range gun, CCW, or a home defense weapon the P30SK is a shooter!

I am so happy that I went with buds on this. You will absolutely not find prices cheaper anywhere. This specific HK was no less then $100.00 more at every local shop around me. Put 160 rounds through it the first time to the range and it ran flawlessly. I have all my my friends and family addicted to buds now. My FFL even said Buds is always flawless. Don't be hesitant because it's online, it's easier then going to a shop and you don't have to deal with the people behind the counters who Either! I'm eyeing a Daniel Denise through Buds next! Buds is awesome!!!

It's an HK. Shoots great. cleans easily. I love it. Any transaction I have had with Buds has been wonderful. For some reason it will not allow me to use a direct withdrawal from my bank account to get 3% discount.

A great compact (although I wouldn't call it a Subcompact). Insanely accurate considering the barrel length, extremely well built (like all HKs), fits great in any hand thanks to the swappable side and back straps. DA trigger is a little heavy for my tastes, but many prefer this in a CCW as a means of a pseudo-safety. Although this is no longer my CCW (has since been replaced by a SW Shield), it remains my truck and nightstand firearm.

HK P30SK shoots straight, carries well, and looks nice. What more can you ask?

HK makes a great gun! This 9mm is compact and carries nicely for a CCW. It shoots as smooth as it's bigger brother. Buds always does a great job!

Received my H&K P30SK in the middle of the winter storm. Finally took it out after a good cleaning and could not be happier. Really like this little jewel and it is a joy to shoot!

Fantastic conceal carry. This is replacing a G43 as my every day carry. With the various side and back straps, the grip is setup exactly like my VP9 and shoots just as well. Love it.
