This variant of our 457 American sports a newly-designed synthetic stock that borrows ergonomics and styling cues from our 557 American Synthetic. That synthetic stock, paired with the 457’s nitride finish, makes the rifle near impervious to the elements. 1/2×28 threads and our especially tight chamber tolerances make this rifle an ideal suppressor host.


Not equipped with sights, this rifle has 11mm dovetails milled directly into the CNCed billet action for the solid mounting of rails or rings. The cold hammer forged barrel, fully adjustable trigger, push-to-fire safety and interchangeable barrel system all add up to equal a rifle that will last generations.

Most accurate 22lr I have ever owned, Buds shipped to my local FFL , same week I ordered it. This thing is quieter than a BB gun with my banish 22 suppressor on it.

This is my second CZ 457 rifle. I believe this rifle is a best buy for the money. They are accurate and well built. Easily adapted to target or hunting because there is many aftermarket options. Buying from Bud's is a great experience. The rifle arrived well packed and shipped within a week.

This CZ is all I hoped for. Super smooth action. Trigger is excellent. A friend has one and when I shot his I knew I had to have one. With Vortex 3x9 scope I was hitting quarter six groups at 25yards pretty quickly after I started, and the groups are getting smaller the more I use the rifle. If you’ve thought of getting a higher quality.22 long rifle you can’t miss with this gun(pun intended) It also helps that this model has the 1/2x28 threaded barrel The composite stock is firm and easy to grip securely.

This .22 rifle by CZ is a great little firearm. Shoots great groups with many brands of ammunition. Adjustable trigger is easy to set and I took mine to 2.5 lbs. Mine shot really well with Aguila standard velocity of all things. Shot really well with SK plus as well. Light enough for small game hunting of all sorts. I have been using it for offhand rimfire silhouette shooting and am pleased with my results. Only negative is that it is difficult to find spare OEM magazines. Not sure why. Not going to say anything about Buds service. Seems like that subject has been beat to death.

CZ 457 American Suppressor Ready 22 Long Rifle Bolt Action Rifle I purchased this from Bud's a while back and have been quite happy with it. It was shipped to my local FFL and arrived quickly and in perfect condition. As far as the rifle goes it is a tack driver with the right ammunition. It can be a bit picky about ammo but what isn't when it comes to 22LR? I use it with a suppressor for backyard plinking at 50 yards and it does well.
