• Q: Good evening everyone. I received my pistol and put on Magpul M-LOK Angled Forward Grip. The AFG feels to small for my hand. Is there a larger M-LOK AFG out there that will work with this pistol? Any recommendations on a Sound Suppressor?

  This AR ckassified as a pistol. In Connecticut
  The following are prohibited:
  ✘Semi-automatic handguns with a detachable magazine and one or more of the following features: 1.Magazine that attaches outside of the pistol grip 2.Threaded barrel 3.Barrel shroud 4.Manufactured weight of 50oz or more 5.Magazine capacity exceeding 10 rounds
  So this Pistol checks every box in the prohibited list. The rifle version unfortunately would be prohibited as well.

  Michael, upper is 16.5 inches with the upper removed, lower is 12.5 inches fully collapsed and lower height is 7.5 inches.
• Q: Hello Friends, I am in PA and this pistol as is can be carried legally in my vehicle with a CCP. My question is if I set it up with a suppressor for home defense (only) not to be carried in my vehicle with a suppressor is it legal and not considered a SBR that would need a Tax Stamp as long as it is used as such (hope I never have to) in my home. I hope this is not confusing. The ATF has really pinched things when it comes to OAL when defining pistol specs. Thank you very Much!

  If I'm interpreting this right I think you are asking if a suppressor would render the barrel length too long and to that I can say there is no upper limit on pistol barrel length, only a lower limit of 16" to be considered a rifle which this already doesn't qualify for due to the lack of a stock. Even if there was a maximum barrel length for pistols I doubt a suppressor would change the relevant barrel length unless you permanently attached it with pin/weld which would be an odd choice.

  Larry, CO has a 15d magazine capacity limit. I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
