The Pistol:
The Sig Sauer C3 is a great carry pistol. I have put a couple thousand rounds down range with it so far and have absolutely nothing bad to say about it.
The C3 has all of the same features of a standard 1911. Sig added Hogue grips to this pistol, adding comfort and shooting stability.
Custom sights are clear and easy to see, showing bright neon green and glowing in the dark. Anodized green frame looks beautiful.
I would 100% recommend this firearm to anyone looking for a compact 1911 for carry or home defense.

Nice looking gun. Nice grip that feels good in the hand. After firing two 7 rd magazines of Sig Sauer 45acp hollow points the hollow points started to fail to feed jamming the pistol and leaving copper streaks of the feed ramp and appeared to be marring the ramp. This occurred three consecutive tries so after the third try I stopped for fear of further marring the feed ramp. The ammo appeared to be designed to feed ok and maybe it feeds well in other Sig models, just not the 1911 model. If you can't use Sig Sauer 45acp hollow points in a Sig Sauer 45acp model 1911 pistol then you just shouldn't be trying to use hollow points in the gun at all is my opinion. Ball ammo feeds fine and I've experienced no other issues. Gun shoots straight and I am impressed with its accuracy.

I love this weapon, beautiful fit and finish. Shoots like a dream. This will be my new EDC. Highly recomend. Treat yourself to this once in a lifetime gift.

Hey Guys, this is an awesome gun. I have not yet had a chance to shoot it yet. The fit and finish are what you would expect from Sig. The trigger feels awesome! One point that I would like to make is the the frame is aluminum and not steel as the description suggests.This gun weighed at 29oz empty with mag. I replaced the rubber grips with a set of Alumagrips that are great.! By replacing the rubber wrap around hogue grips you expose the 25 per square inch checkering on the front strap!. I love this gun and Buds service was excellent!!
