I have a lot of 44 Mag/ Special ammo for my Colt Anaconda and wanted a rifle to share it. I have several Winchester lever guns which I have always been impressed with so ordered this Winchester 1892. Fit and finish are superb and the bluing is gorgeous. The walnut furniture is of excellent quality. I am very satisfied with this purchase. Bud's price and service were exceptional as always! Unfortunately this firearm appears to be no longer available.

After such a long wait for Winchester to make lever guns, I've purchased several new production Winchester lever rifles. These are some of the finest lever action rifles to come from the current factory. The bluing is flawless. The wood is very nice.the operation smooth. They shoot great too. I'm sure anyone would appreciate the craftsmanship.

To start off with, great price! I wanted a multipurpose gun for whatever comes along. Definitely a tack driver right out of the box. Love it! Should have gotten years ago.

Beaufoful item; this is the second Miroku-made Winchester lever action I’ve owned and they are both stunning. Deep blue finish and perfect fit of parts. The lever action is extremely smooth right out of the box. I haven’t shot it yet, but it function tests with my 44 mag snap caps just fine. Some purists complain about the tang safety; to me, it’s well placed and practical since the only way to remove ammo is by cycling the rounds, with the safely on you virtually eliminate the risk of an accidental discharge. The wood had very minimal finish, but with a few thin coats of boiled linseed oil, the black walnut quality and grain just popped. Highly recommended. A pricey product (less so at Buds) but well worth it. Super fast ship and great service from Buds.

Great gun and very, very fun! I’ve wanted a cowboy rifle for a while and finally got one. I’ve had it a week and a half with 2 range days already. Planning my next. Great service from Bud’s. I’ll be back.
