Michael, yes it is. The guns with model numbers starting with U are USA made (like the one you linked) and the ones that start with P are Austria made.

FS model means fixed sights, thats the only difference, other one has night sights that arent fixed.

There is no difference except this model is made in the USA and the double is made in Austria Steve.

I bought the gen5 G19 for my wife after she tried out my gen5 G17. She's 5'2" with small hands and it fits her perfectly. After trying it out myself, I really enjoyed it over my G17. It's the perfect size for everything and if I could do it again, I would have bought two of the 19's instead.
