I've wanted a Beretta for some time, and decided on the M9A3. I'm very glad I did. Overall, the pistol feels very well made. It's solid, tight and well balanced. The trigger is smooth and feels great and the decocker works exactly as it should. The sights are decent, and I like that they're tritium, but they're flat and smooth and can glare in the right light which is a tad annoying for me. Accuracy seems pretty good- 200 rounds on paper on my first outing without a single issue. Groups around 3" at 20yrd. I'd imagine it'd be more accurate on a better day at my end. I'm happy that the pistol came with a wrap around hogue, rubber grip as the grip would be too small for my hand otherwise. Unfortunately, it really takes away from the aesthetic of the pistol. I would recommend this pistol.
