  Hi Jainarine, unfortunatley no.
  The following are prohibited:
  ✘ Semi-automatic, centerfire rifle that has an ability to accept a detachable magazine and has
  at least one of the following:
  1. A folding or telescoping stock
  2. Any grip of the weapon, including a pistol grip, a thumbhole stock, or any other
  stock, the use of which would allow an individual to grip the weapon, resulting
  in any finger on the trigger hand in addition to the trigger finger being directly
  below any portion of the action of the weapon when firing.
  3. A forward pistol grip
  4. A bayonet mount
  5. A flash suppressor
  6. A threaded barrel
  7. A grenade launcher or flare launcher
  8. Magazine Capacity over 10 rounds
  .
  1, 2, 5, & 6 all disqualify this from being CT legal.

  Ryan, handle?? Do you mean the pistol grip. If so there should be a screw you can tighten in the bottom of the grip. Not sure don't own this model but there might be a base plate at the bottom of the grip you would have to remove to get to the screw. Should just pop off if there is one. The quickest route would be to take it to a gunsmith. You can also contact the manufacturer at (706) 701-5554 or you can email them at (cs@heckler-koch-us.com.) they should be able to walk you threw installing it or start a warranty claim if necessary. Sorry you're having trouble but hope this helps some.

  Donald, no, the cmmg magazine won't fit. This works with HK 416 and
  Colt M4 22lr style magazines. • Q: Hey folks., whoever answered that the forward assist works is not an accurate answer. H&K designed the forward assist to not function as they were afraid of an accidental discharge of the rimfire cartridge it fires.
