Absolute junk. Forend broke off of the action rails after exactly 11 rounds of birdshot. Mossberg isn't what it used to be. Quality is no better than the cheap Turkish shotguns, so you'd be better off buying 2 of those so you have a spare.

Slight issue with dropping round(s) while firing but overall a wonderful shotgun

This was my first purchase from buds and everything went very smooth. I chose the 90 day layaway and paid the gun off in a little over a month. I had the gun in my hands about a week after payment went through. The Mossberg 835 tactical turkey with 20" barrel patterns amazing! I bought a Carlson's longbeard xr choke for it to try out but the choke it came with did so good, I didn't even try the Carlson's. At 40 yards with Winchester Longbeard XR 3.5" 2 1/8oz #5, I'm getting around 200 pellets in a 12" circle. I've also shot some 2 3/4" and 3" shells out of it with no problems. The camp on the gun looks great and overall I'm very happy with it. It DOES kick like a mule though. Five 3.5" magnum shells and my shoulder was hurting already. Great turkey gun/home defense.
