New for 2019, the SAINT Victor series of rifles and pistols from Springfield Armory are designed to give you everything you need on a premium defensive firearm, right out of the box.

Weighing in at 6.9 lbs, the lower receiver on the SAINT Victor Rifle is Accu-Tite tension-bonded to a flat-top forged upper receiver and features a 16" CMV barrel that is Melonite finished inside and out for the ultimate in corrosion resistance. The rock-solid, patent-pending M-Lok free-float 15" handguard protects the mid-length gas system and provides plenty of space for accessory attachment.

Unlike many AR rifles on the market today, SAINT Victor Rifles feature a pinned low-profile gas block, a must-have on a professional use defensive rifle. Also included are spring-loaded flip-up sights, an incredibly crisp, grit-free enhanced nickel-boron coated single-stage flat trigger, and Springfield Armory's proprietary muzzle brake that eliminates barrel rise and softens recoil. The staked receiver end plate features a QD mount for sling attachment

This is just one well built rifle .
This is my second Springfield armory ar-15 rifle, they make a great gun that just plain runs, would recommend this to gun to anyone, buds is great to order from, no problems or hassles.

Wrong bolt carrier was sent in the rifle (rounded standard carrier, not the angled improved one) and the stock is so tight I can barely adjust it.
Very disappointed for this price level to see this sort of failed quality control.

Ordered the Saint Victor rifle 5.56 Nato on 1 April 2020, the rifle came in a rifle bag from Springfield with a 30 round mag & cable lock. Must say I'm highly impressed with how fast buds processed & shipped my order. The Saint is most definitely worth the grab, looking forward a range day once life gets back to normal...

My saint victor came to me with a few marks on it, and the ejection port cover will not close unless I press the tab down with a pen (manufacturer error). Overall I am pleased, but the marks are annoying for the money I paid, and it is an inconvenience to have to now contact the manufacturer to have them fix this issue. At least it is covered by the warranty. Buds gun shop kept me updated throughout the process of shipping and I appreciated that kind of service.

Great rifle so far. Only fired 180 rounds so far, but it’s done great. Flip up sights are nice, and it’s very accurate. Great quality all around, and the BCM furniture is great to have stock. Highly recommended rifle!

    Keith, correct, this only includes one 30 round magazine. As everyone else I would recommend Magpul pmags, they're fantastic magazines. I own quite a few and have never had issues with them.     Jonathan, the magazine capacity, 30rds for the above and 10rds for the STV916556BLC is the only difference. Buds prices are tied to stock level which is the major reason for the price difference. Cheers and stay safe!

    Robert, the Springfield Armory SAINT Edge A Tier Above the Victor and worth the cost difference in my opinion, especially in the long run. At just over 6 lbs. the Edge is one of the lightest AR-15s on the market, featuring a patent-pending free float handguard and billet receiver with lightening cuts for effortless operation. An SA proprietary muzzle brake virtually eliminates recoil, while the Melonite-treated trigger allows for a crisp trigger press with no creep. The Accu-Tite™ tension system ensures a tight fit with no rattle between the upper and lower receivers, paired with a premium M16 BCG that has been shot peened and MPI tested for reliability. Adjustable pinned gas block, 1:8 twist, flared mag well, metal flip-up sights and Bravo Company furniture.

    Mark, the SAINT Victor is a tier above the regular SAINT family of rifles and pistols. If you are familiar with the Springfield Armory SAINT Free Float rifle, the New SAINT Victor rifle lends a lot of traits from its predecessor. The SAINT Victor rifle retains all of the Bravo Company furniture including the trigger guard, pistol grip, and buttstock. It is also the same weight, length, and twist rate (1 in 8″ twist). The differentiating and upgraded traits are as follows: (1). Springfield Armory (SA) Proprietary Muzzle Brake (2). Enhanced Nickel-Boron Coated Single-Stage Flat Trigger (3). 15″ M-LOK Aluminum Free-Float w/ SA Locking Tabs & Smooth Top (4). Quick-Detach (QD) End-Plate (5). Enhanced M16, Magnetic-Particle Tested (MPT), 9310 Steel Bolt-Carrier Group w/ Melonite Finish (6). A bump in price for all this
