No, that looks like the slide release. It has an internal safety that won't drop the firing pin if the trigger isn't pulled but other than that no safety.

Great quality for an economical price. And for some reason magazine was listed only holding 15 rounds but thus far I can get 17 in the mag no problem. Done some research since the magazines are hard to come by right now and CZ-75b 19 round mags fit great! Buds makes everything easy for you and gives you great customer support all at an awesome price and selection.
