This was the first Radical AR15 from Bud's. I love this firearm and the price was awesome!

Great rifle! Had a very minor cosmetic issue on the handguard that was truly just slightly annoying cause I knew it was there. I reached out RF support and they sent me a whole new handguard immediately no fuss. The rifle itself feels very comfortable with stock furniture, enough room for pic rail adapters where there is only m-lok or to just use m-lok accessories. The stock trigger was fine and I can't recall any particular issues but have since replaced it and added a few other extras. Have put around 2000 rounds through it and the rifle seems solid in terms of accuracy. Overall the feel of the rifle shows quality that surpassed my expectations for the price point. I would and have recommended this rifle to friends especially if you're getting your first rifle or just want a range toy, can't go wrong with Radical!

Disclaimer: This 1 star review is not towards Bud's. I have been extremely happy with their service. I chose Radical Firearms over ATI for my first AR-15 rifle, but I began to regret that decision as soon as I picked it up. Upon inspection, I found the charging handle bent and seized, rendering the rifle inoperable. I had to remove it with the assistance of a rubber mallet just to proceed. Radical denied my warranty claim, blaming Bud's. Once disassembled, I noticed that most screws were loose, a common issue mentioned in other reviews. So, while not entirely surprising, it was still disappointing. The rifle arrived with zero lubrication, and the bolt carrier group was stuck, requiring force to remove. After thoroughly lubricating the rifle, I took it to the range. I fired a couple of hundred rounds without incident, but during cleaning, I discovered the barrel had noticeable play in every direction. This raised serious concerns about the rifle’s safety and build quality. I immediately took it to a gunsmith for inspection, where it was confirmed that the barrel nut had not been torqued at all. The barrel could be loosened by hand, which was an unacceptable and unsafe oversight for a firearm manufacturer. Given these significant quality control failures, from an inoperable charging handle to improper assembly of critical components, I cannot recommend Radical Firearms. My experience raises serious questions about their manufacturing standards and safety protocols. If you still decide to purchase one, please check the rifle thoroughly before firing it.

I received my rifle quick. Shipping was great. The box was in good condition. The hand guard was loose as I had seen in some reviews but tightened it up no problem. So far I’ve only run 30 rounds through it. I used TulAmmo steel ammo ran 30 rounds as fast as I could pull the trigger no problems at all. Thanks Buds for another great shopping experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy online.
