Does this gun have a lot of problems? In other words is it reliable? I have watched videos on YouTube and they were all good but I guess I want a second opinion before I buy!

David, Radical Firearms' 300 BO's are getting pretty good reviews these days. Radical has had to step up their game from when they first came on the scene, in order to survive in the competitive AR-15 arena. Otherwise, they'd have been gone already. This should be a reliable firearm - although EVERY manufacturer has an occasional 'lemon' sneak out of the factory. From what I read, Radical would be good about stepping up to the plate and getting any problems corrected in a timely fashion.

David, I own the Radical 300 BLK upper. Have used it on several lowers including an all polymer unit. No issues what so ever. Handles all weight of rounds. Function well suppressed. Have not had one issue over 2000+ rounds down range. Quality components including BCG and barrel.

David, Radical has come a long way in terms of reliability currently in contrast to their reliability when first introduced a few years ago. I have a Radical 5.56 and am satisfied with the performance and reliability.

Radical Firearms has done it again with this M-Lok Free Float Fore end model AR-15. Melonite treated barrels, Gorgeous Look, Value Price. What's not to love.

The 4150 Chromoly Vanadium Steel barrels are Melonite treated for a harder than chrome finish without chrome's accuracy robbing side effects! Great rifle at a great price. Never had any issues with it, runs super and subsonic 300BLK through it with absolutely no issue.

The gun itself is a blast to shoot. When I ordered this AR it says in the description that 1 30 round magazine comes with it. I myself however did not get that magazine and good luck trying to contact them in anyway shape or form.

Unlike the Ruger, you will have to oil this one up straight out the box. Bone dry. It also have issues feeding into chamber regardless off the brand of magazine. A Ruger magazine will not work! Have better luck with a Magpal and even then, this thing will jam but not as much. Might have to take it to a shop before firing. Having these issues, I will never buy another Radical brand.

Be aware that the stock that comes with the rifle is different than the picture. I researched the firearm on radical firearms website and was expecting this but be advised. This rifle has got to be one of the best value firearms in my arsenal. It has a trigger that is almost as good as the custom trigger i had complete by a gunsmith on my last AR15. The most noticeable negitive thing about this rifle is that with no accessories it has a slight clanginess that you hear when cycle the bolt. I believe this will dissipate with a forearm grip and other standard accessories that will be used by most.

I'm very pleased with the rifle itself. It was far better than I expected for the price and with the mixed reviews found online about Radical Firearms. My guess is that they learned from their mistakes because this rifle feels and shoots every bit as good as my Bushmaster. The upper and lower fit together seamlessly. Although I've only put a couple hundred rounds through it, it's been several different brands both sub and supersonic. Not a single failure to feed or fire. My only disappointment came during unboxing at the ffl. It did not come with the case or ergo pistol grip as was stated in the ad and the handguard was different than the one shown on buds.
