Finally got to bring this beauty home last week. Have not taken it to the range yet due to the current situation.
I must say though first impressions go a long way and Springfield has outdone itself. The craftsmanship speaks for itself. Unlike other models in the market that uses mostly polymer this is well built. The dust cover is polymer but after stripping the rifle i see its steel reinforced. You can tell springfield did not cut corners in manufacturing this rifle.
As far as buds gun shop goes. This is my first purchase with them. Despite the current situation around the country. This bad boy took a total of 7 days from the day I ordered till the day it delivered to my local dealer. Budsgunshop you guys rocks!!
